In 2013 president Xi jinxing offered the idea of one belt one road initiative . The one belt one road project gives opportunity for economy, political and culture growth . Countries are looking for different strategies to restore economy. In 2020 the lowest wage in Russia is 196 USD per month.The 21st century Silk road connect Asia , Africa , the Middle East and Europe, contain 65 countries and 900 projects. The Russian federation supported the One Belt One Road Initiative.

2013年，提出了“一带一路”的概念。“一带一路”项目为经济、政治、文化的发展带来了许多机会。许多国家也在寻求不同的战略帮助恢复经济发展。2020年，俄罗斯的最低月薪是196美元。21世界的新丝绸之路把亚洲，非洲，中东以及欧洲紧密连结在一起，涵盖了65个国家900个项目。俄罗斯联邦非常支持“一带一路”方案。

The government of Russian federation is interested in political position and modernization in this long term project. The One belt one road initiative also benefits the relationship between countries.

基于政治和现代化建设的长期考虑，俄罗斯对这个项目非常感兴趣。“一带一路”方案也对国家之间建立良好关系有很大帮助。

A high speed railway project named “ Kazan high speed rail line” started in Moscow and was approved by the  Russian federation government in 2013. It will be used to transport goods between Beijing and Moscow . This train project will reduce travel time from 14 hours to 3 hours and 30 minutes.In 2013 Russian federation government also started a gas plant project in north of Russia named “Russia Gamal liquified natural gas plant " , goal of the project is to provide 3 million tons of liquified natural gas . Both projects will improve the country's 'economy and infrastructure .

2013年，俄罗斯批准了一个名为“喀山高铁线”，起点位于莫斯科的高铁项目。该线路将被用于在北京和莫斯科之间的货物运输。这个高铁项目将把旅程时长从14小时缩短到3.5小时。同年，俄罗斯还在俄罗斯北部开始了一个名为“俄罗斯贾马尔液化天然气厂”的项目，这个项目的目标是提供3百万吨液化天然气。这两个项目将促进国家的经济发展和基础设施建设。

The work between People’s republic of China and the Russian federation has expanded since 2013.Both countries wanted to work together to make the economy stable and in rapid developments.People’s republic of China is a country that needs a huge amount of energy, the Russian federation is a country with a huge amount of resources , the One belt one road provided a market for the country.

双方希望通过合作确保国家经济的稳定及高速发展。中国对能源有着巨大的需求，而俄罗斯有着巨大的资源储量。“一带一路”为我们国家提供了很大的市场。

The People’s republic of China and the Russian federation have been working together since the mid 90s, with the past experiences the one belt one road provided them to strengthen their infrastructure and political positions. The future is in these two countries along with the one belt one road initiative and energy development.

中俄从90年代中期开始就一直有合作，根据以往的经验，“一带一路”将有助于加强双方的基础设施建设和国家层面的合作。“一带一路”将促进两国之间更紧密的联系与合作。
