As a teacher, I strongly believe that fostering critical thinking skills is at the heart of what we do in education. I am committed to giving students the tools they need to see their own value, analyse information and situations, and effectively solve problems.

我的教学风格可以用融合了多种教学方法和技巧来形容。通过案例研究、真实示例和发人深省的问题，鼓励学生思考自己的角色以及如何融入社会。我认为学生应该把他们在一门学科学到的知识恰当地应用到另外一门学科。我努力打破个体主体之间的障碍，鼓励跨功能应用和知识转移。

My teaching style can be best described as one that incorporates a diversity of teaching methodologies and techniques. Using case studies, real-life examples, and thought-provoking questions, I encourage students to consider their role and how they fit into society. I believe students should apply what they learn in one subject to another subject they are studying. I work to break down the barriers between individual topics and encourage cross-functional application and transference of knowledge.

教育需要因材施教，不可一概而论。我会为每一个特定的学生量身定制教学方法，这一点至关重要。我通过了解学生来帮助他们培养自己的个性，让他们在学习时都有自己独有的方法和选择，让他们拥有学习的自主权，培养他们对学习的热爱，从而达到卓越。

Education is not a one-size-fits-all discipline, and I believe it's essential that my approach is tailored to the specific learning needs of each student. I get to know the students to help them cultivate their own voice and choice in the way they learn, enabling them to take ownership of their learning and foster a love of learning, reaching new levels of excellence.

我希望培养终身学习者，学生们有学习的热情，追求人生目标，成为具有国际视野的的社会好公民。没有比教书更有益于社会的方法了。我如此迫切把握机会，助力莘莘学子卓越发展。

I want to help develop lifelong learners, who are enthusiastic about learning, pursuing life goals, becoming international-minded and good citizens of society. There is no better way to benefit society than to teach. I cannot wait for the opportunity to ensure success in the next generation of young people.
