“春至万物苏，奋斗正当时”！2月17日，华美外国语学校全体教职工迎来返校的日子，根据深圳市新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控指挥部及深圳市教育局疫情防控要求，每位教职工在返校前已完成健康信息申报工作，并在入校时测体温、提供48小时核酸检测阴性报告和“健康绿码”。

"Spring is the beginning of everything"! On February 17th, all the faculty and staff of Huamei Foreign Language School ushered in the day of returning to school. 

梧桐山下，春雨绵绵，每位教职工踏入校门的那一刻，随即收到学校行政领导送上的“福袋”，寓意新的一年平安吉祥，万事如意！大家在欢声笑语中，迎来了崭新的学期，希望2022年全体同仁如虎添翼，一起砥砺前行，成就更美好的人生！

As soon as each faculty and staff stepped into the school gate, they immediately received a "blessing bag" from the school administration.

在全体教职工大会上，李功良校长以“坚守”“改革”为关键词，对学校2021年的整体工作进行总结。坚守，即毫不动摇地坚持了“文化立校、立德树人”的办学追求，始终坚守为党育人、为国育才的目标，坚持以学生终身发展为教育的根本指向，始终关注华美学子精神成长，始终把德育摆在学校教育的首要位置；改革，即改革并严格规范了一系列教学行为与管理制度《教学事故处理办法》和《工资制度的改革》，让人文与规则相得益彰，重新整肃了学校的办学环境，学校面貌为之一新。

At the faculty meeting, Principal Li Gongliang summarized the overall work of the school in 2021 with the key words of "persistence" and "reform".

对于2022年新学期的新期望，李校长以《筑梦新征程 奋进向未来》为题，从指导思想、主要工作任务、工作思路、工作措施四个方面，向全体教职工提出了新要求，希望全体同仁共同努力，继续深入贯彻“和美教育”思想，强化教学质量的核心位置，认真落实“一线三生”课程教学新模式，围绕“五大培养目标”，创中西融合的国际化的品牌学校。

For the new expectation of the new semester in 2022, Principal Li put forward new requirements to all the faculty and staff from four aspects: guiding ideology, main tasks, working ideas and working measures, with the title of "Building a Dream and Striving for the Future".

同时，何小军主任为全体教师工召开《春季开学疫情防控专题会议》，以“十大方面”告诫大家防疫不松懈。

Director He Xiaojun held the "Special Conference on Prevention and Control of Epidemic Situation at the Beginning of Spring School" for all teachers and workers.
