师资大揭秘 | 国王小小班和小班师资稳定,实力强劲!

优质师资是助力孩子全面发展的重要因素,师资力量更是衡量国际学校教学水平的重要依据。国际幼儿园的独特之处,不仅体现在国际化的课程体系中,更体现在多元文化的碰撞上。国王幼儿园,每个班级均配备外籍英文主班老师、双语主班老师和双语助教,小小班还有一名保育员。所有教师全天候在班级里陪伴、关心小朋友,为每位小朋友提供必要的引导与人文关怀,促进孩子的身心发展。


我们不仅注重外籍教师的数量,更注重外籍教师的质量。国王始终秉持专业且严谨的招聘流程,通过层层选拔来筛选符合国王教育理念的教师。外籍老师均持有PGCE,中方老师均持有教师资格证。国王幼儿园的所有教师都是专业背景雄厚,从业经历丰富,能够读懂和支持每一个孩子需求,帮助学生学会自主学习,用爱与专业滋养学生心灵成长的优秀教师。

国王幼儿园小小班,施行小班制教学。外籍英文主班老师、双语主班老师、双语助教,以及保育老师,“三教一保”4名教师用心关爱、指导孩子,促进孩子的身心发展,为幼儿未来学习和生活打下坚实的基础。

Diana Louise Leoni

英文主班老师

英国伯明翰大学 幼儿研究学士


出生于英国的Diana,拥有英国伯明翰大学的幼儿研究学士学位。在接入国王幼儿园之前,Diana曾在中国知名的ESL机构工作了近3年的时间。Diana始终以饱满的热情对待教学,通过环游世界,Diana也积攒了丰富的教学经验。Diana认为,教学提供了一个通过全面学习和极具创造性的方式去培养未来儿童的机会。

Noelle Xiong

双语主班老师

香港浸会大学 教育学硕士


Noelle拥有深厚的专业背景,本科及硕士都专攻教育、儿童与青少年发展相关专业。在加入国王幼儿园之前,Noelle曾在香港有超过5年的幼儿园低年段儿童教学与班级管理经验。入职国王后,Noelle一直担任小小班的双语主班老师,对该年龄段孩子的发展和课程安排有成熟的经验,她能够关注到孩子的发展需求,给予每个孩子积极的回应,为孩子们的幼儿园生活打下良好基础。

Theodora Kountouretis

K1-1英文主班老师

胡弗汉顿大学 教育学硕士


Theodora来自英国,拥有儿童早期研究的教育学硕士学位。Theodora拥有超过12年的教学经验,曾在西班牙、英国、广州、湘潭、肇庆等多国和地区工作过。Theodora对教育充满热情,她喜欢和孩子们在一起。Theodora认为:“儿童早期学习对他们的发展至关重要。支持儿童充分发挥潜力,培育他们成为更优秀的自己,是我最好的价值体现。”

Joyce Zhou

K1-1双语主班老师

香港大学 学前教育专业硕士


Joyce于2019年加入国王学校,是深圳国王学校的创校团队成员之一。Joyce硕士毕业于香港大学学前教育专业,持有教师资格证及英语专业八级证书,同时也是香港的注册教师。Joyce曾在香港和杭州的学校任教过,拥有丰富的教学经验。加入国王幼儿园后,Joyce主要担任K1(小班)及K2(中班)的双语主班老师,她善于支持和回应孩子们的需求,不仅在学业上给与他们指引,在塑造性格和能力上也能带来积极的影响。

Brenda Lee

K1-2英文主班老师

德克萨斯女子大学 幼儿教育与科学学士


Brenda来自美国,毕业于德克萨斯女子大学,主攻幼儿教育专业,拥有幼儿教育、小学教育、特殊教育、及英语教学等资质。作为一名拥有28年教龄、爱岗敬业的教师,Brenda认为“所有的孩子对于知识都充满了最原始的渴求,从孩子们的眼睛看世界,站在他们的角度上——生活中处处充满着教育。”Brenda非常期待加入国王幼儿园,将她的热情与耐心倾注到与孩子们的每一次交流中。

Alice Wei

K1-2双语主班老师

香港浸会大学 教育学硕士


Alice硕士毕业于香港浸会大学的教育学专业,并获得了PGDE(Postgraduate Diploma in Education)教师教育文凭。经过在香港三所名校工作的历练后,Alice她开始探索如何灵活设计教学内容,根据孩子们的兴趣,让他们在玩中学习。她爱孩子懂孩子,拥有很强的幼儿教育教学专业基础。Alice懂孩子爱孩子,她希望用她的爱,伴随每个学生健康快乐地成长。

Homeroom Teachers 

PreK implements small class teaching and has four teachers (including a foreign homeroom teacher, a bilingual homeroom teacher, a bilingual teaching assistant and a childcare worker). Four teachers accompany and care for children with the love and understanding, they make every effort to promote the physical and mental development of each child and lay a solid foundation for their future study and life.

Diana Louise Leoni

Foreign Homeroom Teacher

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Studies, Birmingham University

Diana is a British National that holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Studies from Birmingham University, United Kingdom. Diana has gained most of her teaching experiences through travelling the world. She has worked overseas during her graduation period, before obtaining her degree and moving to China.  She has worked in China for almost 3 years at what once was an established ESL institution, before moving to Kings School. Teaching has always been her passion as it provides an opportunity to shape the next generation through a world of holistic learning and creativity.

Noelle Xiong

Bilingual Homeroom Teacher

Master's degree in Child and Adolescent, Hong Kong Baptist University

Noelle has a strong professional background. She graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University with a master'sdegree in Child and Adolescent. She has over 5 years of teaching experience inearly years teaching and class management which she gained in Hong Kong. Noellehas been a PreK homeroom teacher since joining King's in 2021. She hasextensive knowledge in the development and curriculum for this year group andbelieves in giving each child a positive response and laying the foundation fora good start to their future education.

Homeroom Teachers

Each class of K1 has three teachers (including a foreign homeroom teacher, a bilingual homeroom teacher and a teaching assistant). Those three teachers accompany and care for children in the class all day long, helping children's all-round growth.



Theodora Kountouretis

K1-1 Foreign Homeroom Teacher

Master's degree in Early Childhood Studies, Wolverhampton University

Theodora holds degree in Early Childhood Studies and a Master's in Education. Theodora has more than 12 years teaching experience, and worked in Spain, the UK, Guangzhou, Xiangtan, and Zhaoqing. She has a wealth of experience in education and enjoys spending time with children. Theodora believes that "The first three years of a child's life is paramount for their development. Being part of that journey and supporting children in reaching their full potential and becoming good people within society is the most rewarding opportunity one can ask for.”

Joyce Zhou

K1-1 Bilingual Homeroom Teacher

Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, University of Hong Kong 

Joyce joined King's School in 2019 and is a member of the founding team. She has a master's degree in Early Childhood Education from University of Hong Kong and holds a Chinese National Teacher's Certificate and TEM 8. She is a registered teacher in Hong Kong and previously taught in Hangzhou before. Joyce has worked proudly as a K1 and K2 teacher since joining King’s School, and she is excellent at supporting and responding to children's needs. Joyce can be not just an academic driver, but a personalities and abilities influencer.

Brenda Lee

K1-2 Foreign Homeroom Teacher

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Texas Woman's University

Brenda graduated from Texas Woman's University with a major in early childhood education. She has certifications in Early Childhood, Primary Education, Special Education and teaching English as a Second language. As a devoted teacher for twenty-eight years, Brenda believes that all students are capable of learning and desiring for knowledge and her compassions for others are "lessons in life" taught by students. She is looking forward to joining the King's School and putting her passion and patience into every interaction with the children.

Alice Wei

K1-2 Bilingual Homeroom Teacher

Master's degree in Education,

Hong Kong Baptist University

Alice graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University with a Master's degree in Education and has PGDE (Postgraduate Diploma in Education). After teaching in three leading schools in Hong Kong, she began to explore how to flexible design teaching content and let children learning through play according their interests. With a love for children and understanding of children, she would like to use her love to let every student grow up healthily and happily.
