家校溝通有利於提高家長對家庭教育的認識,使家校教育產生合力,為孩子創設良好的成長環境。

Home-school cooperation is conducive to improving parents' understanding of family education, creating synergy for home-school education and constructing a good environment for children to develop.

前蘇聯教育家蘇霍姆林斯基曾把學校和家庭比作兩個“教育者”,認為這兩者“不僅要一致行動,要向兒童提出同樣的要求,而且要志同道合,抱著一致的信念”。但是不少家長還沒真正認識到自己就是教育者。這就需要提高家長對家庭教育的認識,讓家長積極擔負起教育者的責任,這樣才能形成合力。

The former Soviet educator Sukhomlinsky once compared school and family to two "educators", stating that the two should "not only act in unison making the same demands on children, but also share the same ideas and beliefs". But many parents don't really consider themselves as educators. There is a need to raise parents' awareness of family education, through which parents take up the responsibility of educators eagerly, so as to create a synergy.

無數事實證明,孩子不論向哪個方向發展,家庭的影響都具有舉足輕重的作用.學校教育比較系統、規範,多從大處著眼,理論性強;家庭環境則具有具體,生動,現實性強的特徵.學校的教育在校園之外能否繼續輻射和強化亦有待於家庭環境的配合。如果兩者相得益彰則可能形成良性迴圈。

Numerous facts have proved that no matter in which direction a child develops, the influence of family plays a pivotal role. School education tends to be systematic and uniform while family environment is individual and personal. The home-school cooperation is crucial for extending education outside campus. If the two can complement with each other, a virtuous circle may be formed. 




華美外國語學校香港部于十一月底舉行了家長見面會,由班主任和學生家長單獨面談關於學生的教育問題。這樣既保證了學生的隱私又讓家長和學校達成十分有效地溝通。在這種情況下,進行有效的家校溝通就能讓家長瞭解學校教育的方式、內容和要求,以便使家長能在對孩子的教育過程中,配合學校開展教育,積極給孩子營造良好的成長環境,保持與學校教育的一致性,使學生能更健康地成長。

The Hong Kong Department of Huamei Foreign Language School held a meeting with parents at the end of November. The form teacher and the parents had an individual discussion about the students' situation. This ensures both student’s privacy and the effective communication between parents and the school. In this case, effective home-school communication can allow parents to understand the requirements of school, hence working together to create a good environment for students to develop.
