From March 23 to 26, Wang Dianjun, former Head of Tsinghua High School, led Tsinghua University Education Leadership International Workshop (Phase 4) to visit Shenzhen Merchiston International School for immersive training. 

It is reported that the programme is jointly organized by the School of Continuing Education of Tsinghua University and the High School affiliated with Tsinghua University. It is committed to integrating high-quality educational resources at home and abroad, exploring new concepts, models, and methods of school innovation management based on cutting-edge international academic research results and practical strategies, and creating an authoritative research platform for international education leadership. 

The teaching management team of MIS warmly received the workshop group. It introduced the basic situation of Shenzhen MIS to the members, from the school hardware facilities to humanistic construction, from the characteristics of the school to educational objectives, and from customized education to academic achievements. The beautiful teaching environment, abundant teacher strength, and the educational concept of "Devote the heart and foster love with love" left a deep impression on the workshop group.

At the subsequent symposium, the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on topics such as educational leadership. All of them said that they gained a lot of practical and valuable experience in cultivating high-level talents and educational leadership through the study trip of mutual learning in Shenzhen MIS, which provided an essential reference for promoting the high-quality development of the school to a new level. 

The workshop's visit enhanced the exchange and cooperation between international schools and promoted the sharing of educational resources and experience between different regions, but also provided solid academic support for Shenzhen MIS to build a new highland of international education in the northern part Shenzhen.

在随后举行的座谈会上，双方围绕教育领导力等话题进行了深入交流。大家均纷纷表示，在深圳曼校互学互鉴的研修之行让他们在高水平人才培养、教育领导力等方面收获了许多切实可行的宝贵经验，对接下来推动学校高质量发展迈向新台阶提供了重要参考。

此次研修班的到访，不仅增进了国际学校校际之间的交流与合作，促进了不同区域间教育资源的共享与经验的借鉴，同时也为深圳曼校努力打造深圳北部国际教育新高地提供了有力的智力支撑。
