4月19号，深美国际学校家委会开了首次大会，学校理事会代表兼学术总监Dr.David为家长们带来关于精英育人理念的精彩分享。到场的家委会成员，纷纷表示受益匪浅。

David博士讲解了学校将在秋季学期分阶段开展IB课程体系的引进工作，IB的育人理念和深美的全人教育理念基本一致。为了培养改变世界、面向未来的孩子，深美将在秋季引入国内顶级的教学师资团队、全人教育IB课程体系、藤校升学指导团队、家委会和家长课堂以及奖学金制度。

深美学校将迎来师资、设施配套、课程体系和学校管理的全方位升级，这也对家长和学生提出了全新的要求。学校将以活动参与度、贡献度、影响力为维度从家庭群体中选拔出30%的积极家长，并给予来自积极家庭的孩子学校顶级资源的优先排期，包括但不限于孩子竞选“未来天才”奖学金计划、国际学术竞赛指导、心理咨询服务、AP学科竞赛冲刺5分一对一指导等。

On April 19th, the SAIS Parents Committee held its first meeting. Dr. David, the representative of the school council and the academic director, brought parents a wonderful sharing of the concept of elite education. The members of the Family Committee who were present expressed that they had benefited a lot.

Dr. David explained that the school will carry out the introduction of the IB curriculum system in stages in the autumn semester. The IB education concept is basically consistent with SAIS's holistic education concept. In order to cultivate children who will change the world and face the future, SAIS will introduce the top domestic teaching faculty team, whole-person education IB curriculum system, Ivy League guidance team, parent committee and parent class and scholarship system in autumn.

SAIS will usher in an all-round upgrade of teachers, facilities, curriculum system and school management, which also puts forward new requirements for parents and students. The school will select 30% of positive parents from the family group based on the dimensions of activity participation, contribution, and influence, and give priority to the top resources of the school for children from positive families, including but not limited to children running for "future geniuses". "Scholarship program, international academic competition guidance, psychological counseling services, one-on-one guidance for 5 points in AP subject competition sprint, etc.
