碧海蓝天、绿树白沙，开可乐时清脆的金属音和泡泡升起又破碎的沙沙声、炎热的空气中充满大海咸咸的气味——脚踩在沙滩上感受细软的砂砾在趾缝间流动的那一刻，深圳海滩的夏天才真的来了！

Blue sea, blue sky, green trees and white sand, the crisp metal sound and the rustling sound of bubbles rising then breaking, and the hot air is full of the salty smell of the sea —— The moment when stepping on the beach and feeling the soft gravel between the toe gaps, the summer of Shenzhen really came!

位于大鹏区的海边民宿是本次四到七年级深美孩子们Field Trip的目的地。具有海南风情的民宿面朝着一望无际的大海，睁眼就能出门感受海风、阳光与沙滩，没有比这更真实的夏天了。

The seaside homestay located in Dapeng District is the destination of this Field Trip for SAISers of grades 4 to 7. The Hainan style homestay faces the endless sea, where you can go out to feel the sea breeze, sunshine and sandy beach once you get up from bed. There is no more real summer than this view.

鉴于大部分的孩子对于潜水这项运动仍处于入门阶段，本次潜水营的教学内容主要是浮潜。浮潜不仅是漂浮在水面的活动，它包含了漂浮、下潜、上升、排水、换气、呼吸、自救与器材选择使用等等的技巧串连，可以说是潜水运动的前置课程。

Since most children are still in the introductory stage of diving, the teaching content of this diving camp is mainly snorkeling. Snorkeling is not only an activity of floating on the water surface, it includes the skills of floating, diving, ascent, drainage, ventilation, breathing, self-rescue and equipment selection and use, etc. It can be considered as a pre-course for diving.

本次潜水营的浮潜课除了实地潜水外，还有一个很重要的组成部分，就是自救方法学习。通过这样的浮潜课，激发体能潜力的同时，还可以让孩子们学习潜水自救等基础知识，在意外情况下可以保持冷静，争取自救。

In addition to field diving, the snorkeling class of this diving camp also has a very important component, which is learning self-rescue methods. Through such a snorkeling class, while stimulating physical potential, children can also learn basic knowledge such as diving self-rescue, so that they can keep calm and strive for self-rescue in unexpected situations.

对于四至七年级的孩子们来说，赤脚在沙滩上自由地玩耍可以放松心情，愉悦精神，而用自己的皮肤去触碰纯天然的物质更是一个与大自然建立联系的很好的机会。漫步海滩、戏水玩耍，清凉的海水驱散了夏日的高温，每一个孩子都在沙滩上度过了很快乐的三天。

For children of G4 to G7, playing barefoot on the beach can relax their minds and delight their spirits. Touching pure natural substances with their skin is a good opportunity to connect with nature. Strolling on the beach, playing in the water, the cool sea water dispelled the summer heat, and every child spent three days happily on the beach.

除了在海滩上面感受自然，本次研学之旅还包括了参观深圳市天文台。边看边学、边学边玩。

比吃烧烤更开心的是什么？当然是吃自己烤的烧烤啦！在海滩的晚上肯定少不了烧烤派对！平时没有很多机会做饭的孩子们也在派对上“一展身手”，边烤边吃。

What's better than enjoying BBQ? Of course it is enjoying BBQ grilled by yourself! A night at the beach is sure to include a BBQ party! Children who don't usually have many opportunities to cook also "show their skills" at the party and eat while grilling.

潜水活动在6月9日（星期五）圆满结束，每个完成了潜水课程的孩子都收到了营地给大家派发的勋章，代表着从初级潜水营顺利“毕业”！
