2023-2024学年，深美外籍人员子女学校中学部将迎来一批优秀的IB与AP教师，他们100%硕士学位，70%博士学位。

In the school year of 2023-2024, Shenzhen American International School will welcome a group of new teaching staff of IB and AP department. 100% have their master degree, and among them, 70% are doctors.

Dr. Nid是今天第一篇重磅登场的“硕博天团”成员。他会在即将到来的这一学年担任中学部的数学、物理教师。

Dr. Nid is the first member to make a debut today. He will be teaching Math and Physics in the Secondary School this coming school year.

从三次跨度不算大的“转专业”来看，Dr. Nid的整个学术生涯主要还是围绕着工程学与计算机发展，正如他所说，教育背景多元化的他可以同时兼顾数学、物理、计算机科学等学科的教学。

Judging from the three "major transfers" with a relatively small span, Dr. Nid's entire academic career mainly revolves around the development of engineering and computer science. As he said, with a diverse educational background, he can handle the teaching of maths, physics, and computer science at the same time. 

Dr. Nid的教学经验用一个词来概括就是多元化。他在AP物理上面的教学经验非常丰富，除了基础物理学外，还可以教授力学与电磁学。同时他还拥有14年的一线数学教学经验，微积分系列课程都是他擅长教授的科目。另外，他还有6年计算机科学课程（JAVA语言）的教学经验。

Dr. Nid's teaching experience can be summed up in one word as diversity. He has extensive teaching experience in AP physics. In addition to basic physics, he can also teach mechanics and electromagnetism. At the same time, he also has 14 years of maths teaching experience, and the Calculus series of courses are all subjects he is good at. In addition, he has 6 years of teaching experience in computer science curriculum (JAVA language).

除了AP体系的课程外，Dr. Nid还教过A-Level和IGCSE。总的来说，Dr. Nid作为首位登场的“硕博天团”成员，无论是他的学术背景还是教学经验，都是非常值得期待的。

In addition to the courses of the AP system, Dr. Nid has also taught A-Level and IGCSE. In general, Dr. Nid, as the first member of our teaching faculty team to appear, is worth looking forward to, whether it is his academic background or teaching experience.

拥有一位正在上二年级的儿子的Dr. Nid深知教育并不是简单的照本宣科，在教学过程中，他一直非常的关注知识理论的实用性。他会结合自己多元化的背景，在教学过程中，融合不同科目的实践性特征，让课程设计变得丰满、生动，从而提升学生在课堂上的兴趣和专注度——这让整个教学的过程都变得更有意义了。

Dr. Nid, who has a 2nd grader son, knows that education is not simply a matter of following the textbooks. In the teaching process, he has always paid great attention to the practicality of knowledge theory. He will combine his diverse background and integrate the practical features of different subjects in the teaching process to make the course design full and vivid, so as to enhance students' interest and concentration in the classroom: this makes the whole teaching process more meaningful.
