会上，邓登江总校长总结了假期工作，感谢假期坚守岗位的教职工，做到了平安校园。接着，校长从文化立校的角度，对课程文化、课堂文化、德育文化、管理文化等方面进行深入浅出的阐述，从教学管理，后勤服务，安全稳定等方面做了具体部署。希望大家要以良好的精神风貌，早收心，以饱满的热情投入到新学期教学工作之中。

During the meeting, President Deng Dengjiang summarized the work during the break, expressing gratitude to the staff who remained on duty during the holidays, ensuring a safe campus environment. Subsequently, from the perspective of cultivating a cultural foundation for the school, the principal elaborated on aspects such as curriculum culture, classroom culture, moral education culture, and management culture. Detailed plans were made for teaching management, logistical services, safety, and stability. Everyone was encouraged to approach the new semester's teaching work with a positive spirit and immerse themselves with full enthusiasm.
