After a long and fulfilling summer vacation, the students of Huamei School have ushered in the back-to-school season, bringing liveliness back to the once-quiet campus. Balloon arches, the red carpet, photo walls... life requires a sense of ceremony. On the morning of August 30th at 8 o'clock, the school meticulously planned to welcome the arrival of the students, allowing them to embark on a new campus life filled with joy and blessings.

According to the school's arrangements, students gradually arrived at the school gate. At the registration site, students, guided by their teachers, orderly entered the campus.

New textbooks, familiar classrooms, dear classmates, beloved teachers... the new semester has already begun with an uplifting melody and the diligent waving of flags, moving towards us.

On the afternoon of August 31st, all teachers and students gathered in the school's multifunctional auditorium to solemnly hold the opening ceremony for the 2023-2024 academic year at Huamei Foreign Language School.

All teachers and students stood up! Facing the national flag, they sang the national anthem, and the Young Pioneers performed a salute while all teachers stood at attention.

President Deng reviewed the outstanding achievements of teachers and students in the previous semester, encouraging everyone to put their full enthusiasm into their work and studies in the new semester, striving and working hard to achieve their own goals. President Deng hoped that the students would develop good study habits, love reading, read good books, and read effectively. At the same time, he urged all teachers to establish a sense of quality, truly embody upright conduct and high knowledge, and focus on the classroom. They should continuously improve their teaching skills, follow the work standards of seeking truth, being practical, implementing, and achieving results, and comprehensively enhance the quality of education and teaching.

Officer Xiao Youcheng from Donghu Police Station gave a safety education speech for everyone in the new semester: A harmonious, warm, stable and orderly campus is a paradise for each of our students to grow up healthily and a palace for us to learn knowledge. The safety of the campus is related to whether the students can grow up healthily and can successfully complete their studies. Only with safety can we have the stability and harmony of the school, and the healthy growth and family happiness of all our teachers and students.
