On the morning of September 13, SAIS held its third PTA event for the 2023-24 semester, which brought parents and children together to experience the most professional equestrian class in Shenzhen.

9月13日上午，深美举办了2023-24学期的第三次家委会活动，此次家委会的活动是带着家长和孩子一起体验深圳最专业的马术课。

Built in 2019, the Williams International Equestrian Center covers an area of 300,000 square meters and is constructed according to international first-class standards, featuring 3 international standard professional event-grade fiber sand equestrian venues. In addition to the training grounds, it also has 2 clubhouses, 2 function halls, a branded tack store, and can accommodate 800 people to hold activities at the same time. 

威廉国际马术中心建于2019年，占地面积300000平方米，按国际一流标准建设，设有国际标准专业赛事级纤维砂马术场地3个。除了训练场，还拥有2个会所，2个功能厅，品牌马具专卖店，可同时容纳800人举办活动。

A total of ten groups of parents and children participated in this activity. At 9:20 am, the children arrived at the stable one after another to sign in, and the reception lady led the parents and children to the big screen hall and briefly introduced the stable and the process of the activity, and the stable also prepared exquisite desserts and drinks for the parents and children.

这次活动一共十组家长孩子参加，上午9:20分孩子们陆续到达马场签到，接待小姐姐带领家长孩子们来到大荧幕厅就座后简单介绍了马场和活动的流程，马场还贴心的为家长孩子们准备了精美的甜点和饮品。

Prior to the real equestrian experience, during a visit to the barn, children can feed the horses with long cut carrots or pet the ponies with their hands, increasing their affection and bonding with the horses through these small interactions.

真正的马术体验之前，在参观马房时，可以让孩子们用切好的长条胡萝卜喂马，或用手摸摸小马，通过这些小互动增加孩子们对马儿的感情，建立联系。

Indoors, the instructor introduces some knowledge about the horses used in equestrian sports, from horse habits, feeding to equestrian etiquette and techniques. Learn about the origin and development of equestrian culture, equestrian events and rules.

在室内，教练介绍马术运动中使用的马匹的一些相关知识，从马的习性，喂养到马术的礼仪和技巧。了解马术文化的起源和发展，马术比赛项目和规则。

After learning the theory of horsemanship, it was time to practice. The coach selected the right horse for the children according to their height and weight. With one-on-one coaching, the first experience is based on some basic and simple movements, such as sitting on the horse, mounting and dismounting, slow trotting, stopping and walking, and so on.

学习了马术理论知识，那就得实践啦。教练根据孩子们的身高体重为孩子挑选了合适的马匹。有一对一的教练指导，初次体验是以一些基本的简单动作为主，比如马上坐姿，上下马，慢步，停走等。

Equestrian sports have strict posture requirements, which can help young people adjust their poor body posture or stance caused by schoolwork pressure, long-term use of computers, love of snacks, etc., so that children's posture will be more upright and beautiful.

Secondly, equestrian course training can promote the overall development of children's body and mind. Horseback riding requires stable balance, flexibility and coordination, and the development of these skills has a positive impact on children's physical fitness and athletic ability. In addition, interacting with horses improves children's concentration and reflexes, and develops their ability to handle challenges and stress.

This activity not only brings children to understand and feel the sport of equestrianism, but also allows them to grow themselves in the process of starting, overcoming the fear of the unknown and cowardice, and cultivating their self-confidence, but also enhances parent-child relationship, the activity is a link and a bridge, so that the children and their parents together to read thousands of books, travel thousands of miles, and open up the horizons.

马术运动有严格的姿态要求，能帮助青少年调整因课业压力、长期使用电脑、爱吃零食等原因造成的不良身体姿势或姿态，让孩子的身姿更加挺拔优美。

其次，马术课程培训能够促进孩子们身心的全面发展。骑马需要稳定的平衡能力、柔韧性和协调性，这些技能的培养对孩子们的身体素质和运动能力有着积极影响。此外，与马匹互动还能提高孩子们的专注力和反应能力，培养他们处理挑战和压力的能力。

此次活动不但带孩子了解和感受马术这项体育运动，也让孩子在起码的过程中得到自我成长，克服未知的恐惧和怯懦，培养孩子的自信心，而且也增强了亲子关系，活动是纽带，也是桥梁，让孩子和爸爸妈妈一起读万卷书，行万里路，开拓眼界。
