本次述职旨在“总结·提升·创新·跨越”，学校各处室领导及年级组长紧紧围绕工作目标、工作任务和实施措施三大版块，就教育教学、行政管理、后勤保障等方面对本学期工作进行规划和部署。各部门梳理工作，明确重点，提炼亮点，创新举措，共同绘制学校发展蓝图。

The purpose of this conference is to "summarize, enhance, innovate, and transcend." The leaders of various subject teams and grade leaders focused on three major divs: work goals, tasks, and implementation measures, and planned and deployed work for this semester in areas such as education and teaching, administrative management, and logistical support. Each department summarized their work, clarified key aspects, extracted highlights, and proposed innovative measures, jointly drawing the blueprint for the school's development.

述职内容丰富、数据详实、亮点突出，复盘了一学年的工作，给出了新学期的具体措施与方法，也提出了新的展望与愿景。述职过程严谨而饱满，充分展现了中加人锐意进取的精神风貌和求真务实的工作作风。

The content of this meeting was rich, detailed orientated, and highlights were prominent. It reviewed the work of the past academic year, provided specific measures and methods for the new semester, and proposed new prospects and visions. The appraisal process was rigorous and full, greatly demonstrating the spirit of innovation and pragmatic work style of SCCSC teams.

汇报结束后，学校张金仲校长作了总结点评。张校长说，各处室主任的述职目标明确，任务具体，措施得当，且不乏创新性思考，展示了各部门的风采，也彰显了整个中加团队的素质与力量。本次述职的意义在于：一是对本部门工作的梳理和规划；二是增进对彼此工作的了解和理解；更为重要的是，述职是部门对学校的工作承诺，说了就要做，做了就要高质量。

After the report, Mr. Zhang Jinzhong, the principal of the school, made a summary and comment. He said that the directors of each subject team had clear job performance goals, specific tasks, and appropriate measures, and they also showed innovative thinking, demonstrating the style of each department and the overall quality and strength of our team. The significance of this conference is: firstly, to sort out and plan the work of each department; secondly, to enhance understanding and comprehension of each other's work; and most importantly, the meeting is a commitment of each department to the school's work. What is said must be done, and what is done must be of high quality.

张校对全体中层干部提出三点建议及要求：第一是抓落实。没有落实，蓝图只能存留在纸上，最终纸上谈兵。如何落实？则要清楚本部门的工作阵地在哪里，及时发现并解决问题；同时还要有一追到底的精神，这样才能把事情做好。第二是抓创新。常态的工作要抓方法的创新，对久攻不下的问题要调整方向，寻找新的突破口；同时通过列清单的方式，从日常繁琐的工作中抽出要点和线条。第三是抓团结。一是抓好部门内部的团结与补位；二是全校各部门要形成一盘棋，相互配合，相互理解，把本学期学校各项工作落实到位。

Principal Zhang made three suggestions and requirements for all team leaders: firstly, to focus on implementation. Without implementation, the blueprint can only exist on paper. At the same time, there must be a perseverance to complete tasks well. Secondly, to focus on innovation. Innovative methods should be adopted for routine work, and the direction should be adjusted for long-standing issues to find new breakthroughs. Thirdly, to focus on unity. 

登高方知天高远，临潮倍觉海无边。本次中层干部述职会议的成功召开，是学校完善管理机制、加强团队建设的重要举措；同时，促进了各处室间的工作交流，达到了相互学习、协作支持、共同提高的目的，也为我校新学年各项工作的顺利开展奠定了坚实的基础。

立足当下，我们豪情万丈；展望未来，我们信心满怀！新的一学期，中加人将继续秉承“追求国际品质 践行卓越教育”的办学宗旨，牢记”致力培养具有中国情怀＆国际视野的领导型人才”的办学使命，锚定目标，惟实励新，矢志笃行，为办好人民满意的教育贡献力量！
