为了培养学生的拼搏精神和团队意识，提升专注力和意志力，近期，华朗学校国际课程体系举办一场攀岩活动，以下为学生“小记者”采写的活动报道。

Before the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival double holiday, the Xiantong rock climbing trip was an unforgettable challenge and enriching experience.

Rock climbing, a sport full of challenges, was a new attempt for most students. Climbing the rock wall for the first time, it seemed inevitable that their hands and feet would become weak.However, it was in the face of this challenge and uncertainty that they demonstrated true courage and resilience.

Just like when we encounter academic tests and knowledge tasks, sometimes we may feel lost and anxious. Some may have doubted whether they could reach the pinnacle of their academic pursuits, but they did not easily give up.

When they rang the bell on that rock wall, the excitement and sense of achievement that victory brought rushed to their hearts instantly!

初次攀爬岩壁，手脚发软似乎是难以避免的，就像面对学术考验时，我们也会有所茫然与不安。然而越是面临挑战，则越能彰显勇气与坚韧。有人也曾怀疑自己是否能克服障碍、勇登巅峰，但所幸他们从未轻言放弃。当他们敲响那岩壁上的铃铛时，胜利带来的成就感便使自己热血沸腾！

On the night before departure, the students gathered during the evening self-study session and prepared lunch for the next day together with their group members - ham and vegetable sandwiches. 

This moment was filled with a warm atmosphere. Everyone pitched in, and each student could add their favorite ingredients to the sandwiches.

Some added slices of ham, some chose fresh vegetables, and some even added their ‘exclusive’ special sauce. This feeling of freely combining ingredients filled everyone with enthusiasm, as if they were embarking on a journey of culinary creativity.

出发前一夜，同学们温馨地聚在一起，为明日攀岩活动自制午餐——DIY三明治。有人加入了火腿片，有人选择了新鲜的蔬菜，还有人拿出了自己“独家特调”酱料。这种自由搭配食材的感觉，令大家激情高涨，仿佛在探索自己的美食创意之旅。

After about half an hour, everyone was exhausted and out of breath. After a short break, at 10 o'clock in the morning, the group set off for the rock-climbing base.

This base offered four climbing routes suitable for beginners, as well as a high-difficulty route with a 90-degree sharp turn. Many ambitious students did not give up and not only completed the beginner routes but also challenged their own limits with determination. 

This reflected their bravery and perseverance! Just when they were about to give up, the cheers and shouts from below reignited their fighting spirit, and their determination led them to the summit! How exciting!

稍作休整后，我们终于抵达了攀岩基地。这个基地提供了四条适合初学者的攀岩路线，同时还有一条高难度急转90度的曲线供大家选择。很多同学们斗志满怀，不仅完成了初级线路，还坚定地挑战了自我极限，现场此起彼伏的欢呼声不断点燃着攀登者的斗志，坚韧让我们冲上巅峰！

In the afternoon, everyone felt exhausted, and the sandwiches prepared the previous night tasted especially delicious at this moment. 

Every bite was a reflection on the teamwork from the previous night, and every bite celebrated the courage and perseverance during the climb. Enjoying the food, they had prepared themselves at the base of the wall was a special kind of satisfaction. 

结束攀岩后，前一晚准备好的三明治显得分外美味。每一口都是对前一天晚上团队合作的回味，每一口都是对攀岩时坚持和胜利的庆祝。在岩壁下享受自己亲手制作的美食，那是一种珍贵的满足。

After lunch, everyone prepared to return to school. Unlike the energetic morning, everyone looked exhausted. The challenges and joys of rock climbing had consumed their energy, but they had also strengthened their determination. Although their bodies were sore, everyone had smiles of satisfaction and achievement on their faces.

返程时，疲惫感终于袭来，攀岩的挑战与欢愉消耗了大家的体力，却也磨砺了我们的意志。虽然浑身酸疼，但每个人的脸上都洋溢着满足和成就的笑容。

This rock-climbing trip was a journey filled with challenges and personal growth. It will become a precious memory for all students, inspiring them to continue moving forward in life.
