"Ready Ay Ready," the school song sung for nearly two centuries, echoed through the halls of Shenzhen MIS Castle on October 19th. Shenzhen MIS students enthusiastically joined Mr. Jonathan, the headmaster, in singing the song.

As the first overseas branch, Shenzhen MIS has always maintained a "deep connection" with its UK mother school. Students can engage in academic, extracurricular, and cultural exchanges between the UK mother school and various Chinese branch campuses, providing them with an international educational environment and resources without leaving their home country.

During the assembly, Mr. Jonathan presented awards to students who demonstrated Internationally Minded values and performed exceptionally on English Day. He warmly invited the students to visit the UK mother school and experience its cultural atmosphere firsthand.

Subsequently, Mr. Jonathan, accompanied by teachers, toured the beautiful campus and observed classes to gain a deeper understanding of the school's educational situation and achievements.

After school, Mr. Jonathan held a friendly and harmonious discussion with the teaching management team, MISPA (MIS Parents' Association), and the student council. During the meeting, he highly praised the current development and rich humanistic environment of Shenzhen MIS, as well as its excellent educational achievements, and provided valuable suggestions for future construction and development.

Mr. Jonathan stated that Edinburgh MIS would continue to support Shenzhen MIS in various aspects in the future, both online and offline. This support would leverage high-quality overseas educational resources to aid in the development of the Shenzhen campus, including curriculum support, teacher training, career guidance, student exchanges, and the recruitment of outstanding international educators.

The following day, Mr. Jonathan also visited the Shenzhen MIS Shekou, where he learned about the campus's early childhood multilingual education program, the transition program from kindergarten to primary school, and CCA programs.

The exchange and visit concluded in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Before parting ways, representatives from both schools exchanged gifts and took a commemorative photo.
