南宋朱熹有诗“问渠那得清如许，为有源头活水来”。这里的活水，指的就学习，不断更新我们的知识与能力，为我们的成长前进提供新鲜的养分。
Zhu Xi of the Southern Song Dynasty wrote a poem: "Ask the canal how clear it is, because there is a source of living water." The living water here refers to learning, constantly updating our knowledge and abilities, and providing fresh nutrients for our growth and progress.
终身学习力，不仅限于孩子！深美每周都会对全体教师进行教师培训或团建，上周五也不例外，这次的培训主题是：教师团队沟通与合作。
Lifelong learning is not limited to children! SAIS conducts teacher training or team building for all teachers every Friday afternoon, and last Friday was no exception. The theme of this training is: teacher team communication and cooperation.
深美幼小部校长Mr Joseph主要从以下三个方面向老师们做了高效沟通的分享：
一、积极倾听 | Active Listening Techniques。倾听是一种非常重要但被低估的沟通技巧，能够促进彼此间的理解和尊重，能帮我们更好地掌握信息，也能带来更加愉悦的交流体验。同时我们也要给予对方充分的关注，并用肢体或口头方式表达出我们对其内容感兴趣，提出开放性的建设意见或问题。
二、非语言类沟通 | Non-Verbal Communication Types。美国语言学家艾伯特梅瑞宾做过一项研究，他发现人与人之间的沟通中，只有7%是通过语言沟通的，剩下的93%是通过非语言沟通的，这其中面部表情、形体姿态和手势等肢体语言占据了55%，沟通时音调的高低占38%，所以要善于利用非语言沟通能力，让沟通更高效。
三、团队合作 | Enhancing Teamwork。深美教师团队中，每个人都以专业的知识和技巧，帮助孩子们品知识之博大精深，感学习之无穷乐趣。以全人教育为核心，融合美式教育与国际IB教学标准，致力于为3-17岁学生提供最优质的国际学习和体验。一群人，一条心，一起培养改变世界的领导者！
根据所得材料，保护鸡蛋从高空抛下后，完好无损!
材料：一颗鸡蛋、一卷胶带、一些吸管和一个纸箱。
时间：15分钟
According to the materials obtained, the eggs are kept intact after being dropped from a high altitude!
Materials: An egg, a roll of tape, some straws and a cardboard box.
Time: 15 minutes
老师们被随机分到不同的组，分工合作完成此项任务。有的老师们把鸡蛋层层包裹，有的老师们则用吸管构给鸡蛋构建了保护空间，更有创客的老师们根据结构原理把鸡蛋悬空在纸箱中间，大家奇思妙想，共同保护团队的鸡蛋。
Teachers were randomly assigned to different groups and worked together to complete the task. Some teachers wrapped the eggs in layers, while others used straw structures to create a protective space for the eggs. Some Maker teachers suspended the eggs in the middle of the carton based on structural principles. Everyone came up with their own ideas and worked together to protect the team eggs.
倒计时结束后，由深美的艺术老师Mr Platon将各个图团队的鸡蛋一一丢到地上，经过第一轮的高空下落，所有团队的鸡蛋都完好无损。
After the countdown ended, SAIS's art teacher Mr. Platon dropped the eggs of each team to the ground one by one. After the first round of falling from high altitude, all the eggs of the teams were intact.
第二轮检验增加难度，Mr Platon直接将各个团队的鸡蛋向高空抛起，大家都非常担心的看着自己团队的鸡蛋，每当掉落一个鸡蛋，都有人小声惊叹，担心着那个小鸡蛋。然而最后，所有的鸡蛋都通过了测试，大家欢呼雀跃。
The second round of inspection increased the difficulty. Mr. Platon directly threw the eggs of each team high into the sky. Everyone looked at their team's eggs with great worry. Every time an egg fell, some people exclaimed in a low voice, worrying about the little egg. However, in the end, all the eggs passed the test and everyone cheered.
虽然只是一个小游戏，无形间却增强了团队教师之间的了解和信任；每次只有这短短几十分钟时间，但是百川大海，一周一周汇集起来，深美教师团队的凝聚力将是非常强大的。
Although it is just a small game, it has invisibly enhanced the understanding and trust between the teachers in the team; each time only lasts a few dozen minutes, but with hundreds of rivers and seas gathering together week by week, the cohesion of the SAIS teacher team will be very strong.
