体育，是BMH课程中极其重要并不可或缺的重要部分。中小学的体育组教师也各有专长，无论是运动的哪种技能，都能带给学生最专业的指导。

今年的运动会中，中小学体育组的老师们也系统且全面的升级了挑战项目，从耐力、速度、力量、敏捷度、准确度、协调性、平衡性七个方面设置了比赛项目。

运动是一件属于所有人的快乐事，所以所设置的所有项目都是全校学生参与，每个人都应该沉浸其中，感受自己身体的指引。但在不同的年龄段，我们所设置的目标与规则又是不同的，能够最科学有效的对学生们进行评测。

当天最快乐的环节，当属各年级的拔河大战。学生们跃跃欲试，加油声更是络绎不绝，我们可爱的老师和家长们也纷纷加入到这场力的较量。无论输赢，大家都在其中感受到了心往一处，力拔山河的激动。

每年运动会，我们都希望推陈出新，带给孩子们新鲜的体验，但其中所蕴含的体育精神却始终不变。无论是坚持不懈，勇于挑战的运动品质，还是团结协作，无惧输赢的团队精神，都是他们一生的财富。希望他们永葆这份对运动的热爱，也将在运动中所学会的一切应用到他们充满无限可能的人生道路之中。

PE is an essential and integral part of the BMH curriculum. This year, the PE teachers have methodically and systematically developed a challenging programme, setting up competitions in seven areas: endurance, speed, strength, agility, accuracy, coordination and balance.

Sport brings joy to everyone, and therefore, all sports events hosted during the Games are inclusive of the entire school. However, at different age groups, we set varying levels of difficulty and rules to evaluate students most scientifically and effectively.

The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the tug-of-war between students, parents and teachers. The friendly competition inspired the students to participate, with the resounding cheers of the students further fuelling the enthusiasm. Regardless of the outcome, the event instilled a sense of satisfaction and drive in everyone, as they came together and gave it their all.

Every year, we strive to provide novel experiences for the children, whilst upholding the enduring values of sportsmanship. Both the qualities of grit and resilience, as well as the collective mindset of teamwork and collaboration, are invaluable life skills for our young learners. We trust that they will continue to cultivate their passion for sports and apply the lessons learnt towards unlocking their boundless potential in the future.
