如我们此前所说，今年BMH很幸运地获得了四个名额，供5至7年级的优秀 BMH 学生在 2024 年夏季学期到英国柏朗思本校进行为期一学期的交流学习。

我们邀请所有的学生提交正式申请，并由教学管理团队和董事会成员进行全英面试。今年，我们共有 22 名学生走进了面试室，由面试小组对他们进行了逐一的面试。

选择四位大使是一项非常艰巨的任务，面试小组权衡了每位学生的学业、综合素质、社交能力、行为规范、英语语言、对 BMH 社区的贡献、寄宿经验和寄宿准备、对前往英国本校就读的意愿，以及他们是否有能力能够作为BMH学生代表前往英国。

今天，我们正式为大家介绍从今年22位候选人中脱颖而出，将于明年四月前往英国交流学习的2023-2024学年BMH学生大使。

最后，我们一定要对于今年与大使失之交臂的 18 位候选人表示赞扬与认可！我们非常为这些孩子感到骄傲，他们有勇气申请这个充满挑战、广受欢迎的身份，充分准备并走进面试室。面试小组对他们的出色表现表示感谢，希望他们不要灰心，保持自信与勇气，不断寻找下一次大显身手的机会。

韧性和毅力是有所成就的基础。明年，后年，乃至以后的每一年，我们都欢迎所有孩子不断尝试，希望这个宝贵的经历为大家带来一生受益的财富。

This year we have been fortunate to have been offered 4 places for worthy BMH students from Prep 5 to Senior 7 to study at Bromsgrove School for the Summer term of 2024.

Accordingly, we invited students to submit their formal application before being interviewed by SLT and Board Members. This year 22 students applied and the interview panel were most impressed by the quality of the applicants and their well-articulated responses in English to our interview questions. Choosing the 4 ambassadors has been a very difficult task and has involved weighing up the academic, holistic, social, behaviour, English language, contribution to BMH, boarding experience & readiness for boarding, commitment to going to Bromsgrove UK for Y9, and overall suitability of each student to represent BMH as one of our ambassadors.

To the 18 candidates who have missed out on being an ambassador this year, the interview panel wish to extend our thanks for their excellent applications and to encourage them not to be downhearted but to look for their next opportunity to shine. 

To the 4 students selected to be our ambassadors, we congratulate them on their success and we look forward to hearing of their exploits via weekly zoom calls whilst they are at Bromsgrove School as well as through detailed presentations upon their return.
