缘   起


邓登江总校长提出完全的质量观,“四个更加关注”是质的规定性,“三个 80%以上达成”是量的规定性。课堂是教育教学的主渠道,本学期将系列展示学校课堂文化的方方面面。本次活动目的在于解决日常教学中的疑点、难点、痛点、盲点问题,“家常菜最养人”“常态课最育人”,以“家常课”为主,不搞花架子, 以求实、务实、落实、实效为判断的主要标准,促进学科组集体备课、磨课、反思、提炼等教研活动开展,期以实现华美的课堂文化形成。

输出80%以上

符合学情的有效信息


12月5日上午第一节701班,杨霞老师执教《狼》。杨老师用含有“狼”字的成语导入新课,从文化角度解读“狼性”,积累成语,做好铺垫。


预习检测环节——说注释、译句意、读故事。杨老师设计了pk赛、轮流翻译及表演读等活泼有趣的形式。



品读课文环节,首先默读课文,只用两字概括故事情节,培养学生概括能力。


接着给出三个驱动性问题:读出屠户的意外;找出描写狼性的文字;分析屠户的性格特点。学生分组品读课文,讨论答案。再分组汇报研读课文的收获。



学生的回答非常精彩:

屠户惧狼,投骨,幻想委曲求全;善用谷堆御狼;趁狼兵力分散,各个击破;狼性贪婪,狡猾,惯于欺诈、偷袭,聪明反被聪明误;倘若狼不怕牺牲,群起而攻之,或打持久战,再或明智撤退,结局都会不同。



最后杨老师和学生一起品读另外三篇关于狼的古文,进行拓展。



调动80%以上

学生的学习积极性


12月5日上午第三节401班,王玉珏老师执教《At home》。通过表演唱引入方位词。王老师带学生在电影情境中亲身经历Alice新家的探险,学生在愉快的寻宝之旅中自然而然熟悉了关键的句式。


而后,Alice的小猫不翼而飞,同学们小组合作开展寻宝比赛,牢牢掌握了方位介词的使用。



接着同学们手持道具,展示橘子和苹果的位置,用英语描述带有方位介词的完整句子。


最后同学们化身为家庭成员,实际扮演Alice和奶奶在家的情景。通过互评,了解自己的长处和不足。



整节课孩子们沉浸在音乐和表演中,在丰富的语境中学习语言。



当堂消化80%以上的学习内容


评课照例当天进行。


语文组评课。组长黄老师评价,杨老师创造性设计三个驱动性问题是全课亮点。慕主任评课,强调结合不同文本让学生透彻理解关键字词的意义和用法,句子翻译也要抓住关键的两三个词。正高级教师、全国十佳教师胡少明副校长肯定了杨老师进步大,科组氛围好,建议在教学中注重培养学生辩证(高阶)思维能力



王老师的英语课,创设了孩子们熟悉而喜欢的情境,开展系列“寻宝”活动,学生参与度高,当堂完成学习任务,当堂消化所学内容,课堂效率很高。



80%×80%×80%=51.2%,如果完成了三个80%达成,课堂效率也才过半,而实际上少数常态课以上三点都还达不到80%。


邓校长提出:

以求实、务实、落实和实效为判断工作的主要标准。学校将牢牢抓住提升教育教学质量这个中心工作,发扬实事求是的工作作风,切实提高课堂效度,惠及每个学生。

Origin


President Deng Dengjiang proposed a complete concept of quality. "Four more attentions" are qualitative requirements, and "three more than 80% achieved" are quantitative requirements. The classroom is the main channel for education and teaching. This semester, a series of displays will be presented on all aspects of school classroom culture. The purpose of this activity is to solve the doubts, difficulties, pain points, and blind spots in daily teaching. "Home-cooked meals are the most nourishing" and "normal classes are the most educational." The main focus is on "home-cooked classes", without any pretense, and in order to be realistic and pragmatic. , implementation, and effectiveness as the main criteria for judgment, and promote the collective teaching and research activities of subject groups such as lesson preparation, lesson grinding, reflection, and refinement, in order to achieve the formation of a gorgeous classroom culture.

Output More than 80% of Effective Information that is Consistent with Academic Conditions


On the morning of December 5th, in the first period of Class 701, Teacher Yang Xia taught "Wolf". Teacher Yang introduced the new lesson with idioms containing the word "wolf", interpreted "wolf nature" from a cultural perspective, accumulated idioms, and laid the groundwork.


Pre-study test link - speaking annotations, translating sentence meanings, and reading stories. Teacher Yang designed lively and interesting forms such as PK competition, rotating translation and performance reading.



In the text reading div, first read the text silently and use only two words to summarize the plot of the story to cultivate students' generalization ability.


Then three driving questions are given: read out the butcher’s accident; find words describing wolf nature; and analyze the butcher’s character traits. Students read the text in groups and discuss the answers. Then divide the groups into groups and report on what they learned from studying the text.



The students’ answers are very exciting: 

The butcher is afraid of wolves, throws bones, and fantasizes about humiliating himself; he makes good use of the grain pile to control the wolf; he takes advantage of the wolf to disperse his troops and defeat them one by one; the wolf is greedy and cunning, and is used to deceit and sneak attacks, and its cleverness will be misled by its cleverness; if Wolves are not afraid of sacrifice. If they attack in groups, fight a protracted battle, or retreat wisely, the outcome will be different.



Finally, Teacher Yang and the students read three other ancient articles about wolves to expand.



Mobilize More than 80% of Students’ Learning Enthusiasm


On the morning of December 5th, Class 401 in the third period, teacher Wang Yujue’s "At home". Introduce locative words through performance singing. Teacher Wang took the students to experience the adventure of Alice's new home in a movie setting. The students naturally became familiar with the key sentence structures during the enjoyable treasure hunt.


Then, Alice's kitten disappeared. The students worked in groups to carry out a treasure hunt competition and firmly mastered the use of locative prepositions.



Then the students held props, showed the positions of oranges and apples, and described complete sentences with locative prepositions in English.


Finally, the students transformed into family members and actually acted out the scene of Alice and her grandma at home. Through mutual evaluation, understand your own strengths and weaknesses.



Throughout the class, the children were immersed in music and performances, learning language in a rich context.



Digest More than 80% 

of Learning Content in Class


Class evaluation will be conducted on the same day as usual.


Chinese language group evaluation course. Team leader Teacher Huang commented that Teacher Yang’s creative design of three driving questions was the highlight of the whole course. Director Mu evaluates the class and emphasizes the combination of different texts so that students can thoroughly understand the meaning and usage of key words. The sentence translation should also grasp the key two or three words. Principal Hu, a senior teacher and one of the top ten teachers in the country, affirmed that Teacher Yang has made great progress and has a good atmosphere in the department. He suggested that we focus on cultivating students' dialectical (higher-order) thinking skills in teaching.



Teacher Wang’s English class creates situations that children are familiar with and likes, and carries out a series of “treasure hunt” activities. Students are highly engaged. They complete learning tasks in class and digest the content they have learned in class. The classroom efficiency is very high.



80 percent Principal Deng proposed that the main criteria for judging work should be truth-seeking, pragmatism, implementation and effectiveness. The school will firmly grasp the central task of improving the quality of education and teaching, carry forward a pragmatic work style, and effectively improve classroom effectiveness to benefit every student.
