缘   起


邓登江总校长提出完全的质量观,“四个更加关注”是质的规定性,“三个 80%以上达成”是量的规定性。课堂是教育教学的主渠道,本学期将系列展示学校课堂文化的方方面面。本次活动目的在于解决日常教学中的疑点、难点、痛点、盲点问题,“家常菜最养人”“常态课最育人”,以“家常课”为主,不搞花架子, 以求实、务实、落实、实效为判断的主要标准,促进学科组集体备课、磨课、反思、提炼等教研活动开展,期以实现华美的课堂文化形成。

关注老师的教,

更加关注学生的学


12月7日,高晨瑜老师为大家上了一堂精彩纷呈的七年级美术“综合·探索”课。课的导入部分,高老师以“收藏的乐趣”为切入点,带领孩子们“云”游艺术展,指导孩子们如何鉴赏艺术作品、如何欣赏艺术展览,并学会用美术的语言绘制策划图。作业展示完毕,高老师将美术素养融入生活,鼓励孩子们多去亲临现场,看看艺术展览,拓展自己的眼界,提高自己的艺术素养。



随后,高老师组织学生以小组的形式参与模拟艺术品拍卖会。一时间,孩子们热情高涨,学生妥妥地充当了一回“大咖”,有模有样地扮演竞拍者或拍卖师,现场妙趣横生。孩子们身临其境,亲身体验,在互动中学习艺术品拍卖的基本常识,了解艺术品社会和经济价值之间的关系,拓展学生的视野,培养了学生感受美、欣赏美、了解美、评价美、鉴赏美的能力。

劳动即生活,生活即教育,在生活中学习,在劳动中成长。12月7日上午,刘俏老师在501执教“创意笔筒我设计” 劳动实践公开课。


课堂伊始,刘老师展示精美的笔筒图片,带领学生了解笔筒的历史。小笔筒,作用大。其实我们可以不花钱买,我们自己来制作精美的笔筒。就这样,同学们对自制笔筒产生了极大的兴趣,一次“创意笔筒”创作开始啦!



刘老师让同学们观察笔筒,概括笔筒的特点,播放简易笔筒制作视频,引导学生观察、讨论、提炼、归纳整理制作笔筒的步骤和注意事项。


接着同学们以小组合作的方式,设计和制作出一个个漂亮的笔筒。



最后小组展示与分享,讲述自己组的设计思路和制作方法,同学们还自评与互评,课堂气氛热烈。




关注学业成绩,

更加关注良好学习品质的形成


美术课评课。邓登江总校长对高老师的这堂课给予了高度评价,认为本课紧紧围绕课程核心素养,培养了学生对美术的鉴赏力的同时,采用多学科融合,多角度的教学形式,启迪了学生的思维。


劳动课评课。纸上得来终觉浅,绝知此事要躬行。刘老师注重实践能力的培养,关注细节,不仅教给学生制作的技能,更在教学中相机进行环境教育和安全教育。邓登江校长总结:全社会不怎么重视劳动学科,学生大多养尊处优,在这样的形势下,刘老师上了一节很成功的劳动课。

更加关注课前准备和课后延伸


综合科科组长孙曼丽老师用学生参与度高、兴趣高、审美度高的“三高”评价了这节课,孙老师说,高老师非常重视课堂效度,课前多方搜集相关资料,精心策划教学方案,通过教案、教具及相关素材的精细化准备,课堂由浅入深,层层递进,学生跟随老师思路步步深入。


刘俏老师接受劳动公开课任务、确定课题之后,准备了大量操作材料。刘老师最后还鼓励同学们在设计制作笔筒的基础上,利用类似的方法,进行多功能储物盒的拓展设计制作。

邓总校长每次评课,总是首先评价学生,他总是能够发现平时老师们容易忽视的亮点,关注孩子们的心理状态和需求。接着是评价老师,总是能够恰到好处阐明执教者的闪光点。最后才是评价整节课,总是关注上述四个维度,特别是良好学习品质的形成。


本学期课堂文化展示活动,10个科组共上了13节校级公开课,每位教师参加组内公开课,还举行了教学开放日和集团专题教研两个大型活动。至此,本次课堂文化展示活动暂告一个段落。后期将以作业评比的方式继续展示。

On December 7, teacher Gao Chenyu gave everyone an exciting seventh-grade art "Comprehensive Exploration" class. In the introductory part of the class, Teacher Gao took the "fun of collecting" as the starting point and led the children to "cloud" tours of art exhibitions, instructing them on how to appreciate art works and art exhibitions, and learn to draw planning diagrams in the language of art.
