Recognition of scholarship and scholarly endeavors is an essential part of school culture at FIFA.  Today the staff was privileged to recognize students who have attained high levels of improvement in academics, as well the recipients of the Jennifer Xu Merit and Distinction scholarship awards.  All students at FIFA were pleased to congratulate these hard workers.  

认可和表彰学术以及所付出的努力是福田泰然学校文化的重要组成部分。今天，我们的工作人员很荣幸地表彰了在学术上取得高水平进步的学生，以及获得Jennifer Xu杰出奖学金的获奖者。泰然的全体学生都很高兴地向这些获奖同学表达了自己的祝贺。

Students entered the auditorium while enjoying the spooky sounds of October and Halloween.  Everyone was orderly and easily found their assigned div.  After an opening remark by Miss Amy and Mrs. Teresa about the importance of continued academic excellence, a video of September in review was shown to highlight the activities of all the students at FIFA.  Everyone found it entertaining to see themselves in the video above stage.  

学生们在欣赏十月万圣节的音乐中进入礼堂。每个人都很有秩序，安静地到指定座位就坐。在Miss Amy和Miss Teresa就继续保持学业优异的重要性发表开场白后，播放了一段9月份的回顾视频，重点介绍了泰然所有学生的活动。每个人看到视频中的自己都觉得很有趣。

Next on the agenda was a musical performance.  The G1-1 students took the stage to perform Do-Re-Mi song.  These students gave an outstanding presentation of singing in English and the teachers were very proud.

下一个议程是音乐表演。G1-1班的学生们上台表演了dore-remi-song。这些学生用英语进行了出色的歌唱表演，老师们感到非常自豪。

The solemn part of recognizing the scholars with their certificates was lightened by the subject teachers, as they lined up to Hi-Five all the students who won awards!  The applause for the students’ achievements thundered through the auditorium.  A wonderful time was had by all students and staff, as they look forward to next month’s assembly.  Team FIFA!
