为加快青年教师的成长步伐，9月11日，学校对新入职的教师进行了办学理念、管理教学、日常规范等培训。9月18日下午隆重举行了“青蓝工程”启动仪式暨教师业务培训活动。

    启动仪式在16位弟子集体朗诵《我是教师》中拉开帷幕。常中山老师宣读了师徒结对名单。方宏倬校长、张靖华副校长为导师颁发聘书并与师徒合影。

    孙珺娇、蒋玉霞老师分别代表导师、弟子发言。表示要让师傅之“蓝” 精彩, 徒弟之“青” 耀眼!

    常中山老师以《教师思维品质培养之一：清晰度》为题，从教学设计、目标、过程、方法、反思等五方面与大家分享了收获。

    张靖华副校长勉励每一位教师立足岗位，热爱学生，严格要求，来到奥斯翰就是奥斯翰的主人，以最大的热情、百倍的努力，去服务学生，回报家长和社会。

    方宏倬校长对青年教师提出了三点期望：一是恪守师德，遵规守纪，做学生的表率；二是虚心学习，落实常规，不断提升自己；三是工作中树立“三术”意识：学术、技术、艺术，尽快站稳讲台，三年后成为骨干。

In order to develop the professional growth of young teachers, the school carried out sharing sessions in understanding the school’s mission, teaching methodology and philosophy, principles of leadership, classroom management and professional expectations on September 11. On September 18, a mentor-ship program was launched.

The session began with the collective recitation of "I am a Teacher" by the 16 mentees. Mr.Chang announced the list of mentors and mentees. The school principals presented the Certificate of Mentorship to the mentors.

The representatives of the mentors and mentees made a speech exhorting both groups to strive for excellence!  Mr. Chang offered a sharing session on understanding and applying the concept of clarity in the classroom. Ms. Zhang encouraged teachers to fulfill their duties, and care for the students and school through diligence, passion and competence.

Mr. Fang, the Principal, shared his expectations for young teachers: to abide by teachers' ethics and discipline to be role models for their peers and students, and to maintain both continuous professional development and established routines.
