世间的相遇，都是奇妙的事。

冷遇见暖，就有了雨；冬遇见春，有了岁月；天遇见地，有了永恒。

在这个时晴时雨的八月，在静候开学的BMH，相遇也正在发生。

但我们不在乎永恒，也不关心风雨雷霆，因为遇见他们这件事就已经足够迷人。

辞旧“岁”，换新“颜”。

在新学年即将开始的时刻，我们与度过愉快假期后电量满满的老师们重逢，也与新加入BMH大家庭的崭新面孔相见，这是一件令人愉悦并兴奋的事情。

对于BMH来说，优秀专业的教师永远是我们最坚实的力量，我们也希望让教师团队中的每一位都在BMH得到成长与发展。

在两周内，教师培训围绕BMH的使命愿景、教学理念、课程设置、师德校规、安全培训多方面开展。各学科组也在一次次备课会议中，紧锣密鼓地筹备新学年的课程安排。

我们相信在与学生们相见的时候，教师团队会是万事俱备、精神抖擞地扬帆启航。

一支精锐之师，不仅需要专业的知识，更需要团队的协作。

我们希望BMH团队里的每个成员都能合作无间，一同构建精彩的课堂、美丽的校园、友爱的班集体。教学，不是一个教师在讲台上的侃侃而谈，而是团结协作的合力呈现。

用破冰活动、团建游戏、集体备课的方式，我们让每一位老师参与到BMH这个有爱的集体中，打开自己，也打开新的职业发展道路。

在分享各自教学经验、探讨学科课程设置的过程中，思想火花的碰撞总是格外迷人。我们相信这只来自五湖四海，有着丰富经验的教师团队能够博采众长，为BMH的学生们带来最精彩的课堂体验。

虽然离开学仍有一段时间，但校园里已经因为老师们的到来而处处生动起来。相信孩子与家长们都已经对BMH新学年充满期待，在没能来到校园之前，我们让部分新加入的老师们与各位打个招呼吧~

期待我们在接下来的迎新会、开学日、返校夜.....与各位见面。新学年，我们蓄势待发，一同携手共绘新蓝图。

The world is full of wonderful encounters.

This August, at BMH, waiting for the start of the school year, encounters are also happening.

As we begin a new school year, it is a pleasure and exciting time to reunite with our teachers who are full of energy after a happy break, and to meet with new faces who have joined the BMH family.

Excellent and professional teachers will always be our strongest force, and we want everyone in our team to grow and develop at BMH.

An elite team requires not only professional knowledge, but also teamwork.

We hope that every member of the BMH team will work together to build a wonderful lesson, a beautiful campus and a loving classroom environment. 

With ice-breaking activities, team-building games and group lesson planning, we involve every teacher in the loving community of BMH to get to know each other and work together.

During the orientation week,the new and old teachers of each subject group share teaching experiences, discuss curriculum setting, and then more effectively help students improve their academics, thinking and self-management, and abilities.

Although it is still some time before school starts, the campus is already alive with the arrival of our teachers. We are sure that children and parents are already looking forward to the new school year at BMH, so before you can come to campus, let's let some of our new teachers say hello to you~
