聚焦目标创新举措——扎实推进教育教学改革

暑退九霄净，秋澄万景清，云天收夏色，木叶动秋声。新学期伊始，为更明确本学期教育教学方向，扎实推进教育教学改革，8月26日—29日，我校召开了新学期全体教师系列教研会议，旨在聚焦目标，创新举措，探讨科学高效的教育教学方法，落实学校既定的教育教学改革目标。

At the beginning of the new term, in order to better clarify the direction of education and promote the reform of education and teaching, from August 26 to 29, SCCSC held a series of discussion sessions, aiming to focus on teaching goals, innovate measures, and explore scientific and efficient education and teaching methods.

第一天 Day 1

26日上午，学校特邀罗湖教育科学研究院高级教师李富贵教授为全体教师进行培训讲座。李教授以“推进课堂教学变革，提升教育教学质量”为主题，旁征博引，妙趣横生，对我校目前正在推进课堂教学改革提供了理论支持和方法指导。

In the morning, Mr. Li Fugui, senior teacher of Luohu Institute of Educational Science, was invited to give a training lecture for all teachers. With the theme of "Promoting Classroom Teaching Reform and Improving the Quality of Education and Teaching", Mr. Li provided methodological guidance for classroom teaching reform.

下午，班主任工作交流会如期举行。会议围绕“小组合作管理与班级管理金点子”进行研讨，三个年级的班主任老师各抒己见，交流经验，并探讨出了一系列切实有效的小组合作管理方法。

In the afternoon, the homeroom-teacher meeting was held as scheduled. The meeting focused on group cooperation management and class management experience, and the homeroom teachers of the three grades expressed their opinions, teaching experiences, and summarized effective group cooperation management methods.

第二天 Day 2

“言前定则不跆，事前定则不困，行前定则不疚，道前定则不穷。”27日上午，全体教师会议召开。会上，教学处主任关宇筠从成绩分析、教学研讨、教师考评三个方面对上一学期的教学工作进行了回顾，并强调了本学期的教学重点与方法措施。教学处副主任王艮带领大家学习了《深圳（南山）中加学校教师行为规范》。

In the morning, all faculty members gathered again, at where Mis Guan Yujun, director of TAO, reviewed the teaching work of the previous semester from the three aspects of achievement analysis, teaching seminar and teacher evaluation, and emphasized the teaching priorities and methods of this semester.

学生处主任周东凯以落实班级小组合作管理，扎实推进主题班会为核心，对本学期的德育工作进行了部署。

最后，副校长王建忠进行了总结发言。王校长强调本学期要扎实落实第十九届教学研讨会的精神，继续推进以小组合作与智慧课堂为依托的学习型课堂建设。

Vice Principal Wang Jianzhong made a concluding speech. President Wang stressed that we should implement the spirit of the 19th Teaching Seminar and continue to promote the construction of learning classrooms based on group cooperation and intelligent classrooms.

下午，各教研组根据会议精神就本学期学科组教学规划、导学案设计、课堂教学模式、集体备课等方面进行研讨，做好规划，以保障新学期的教学工作有条不紊的进行。

In the afternoon, according to the spirit of the meeting, the teaching and research groups discussed the teaching planning, tutorial design, classroom teaching mode, collective lesson preparation and other aspects of this semester to ensure that the teaching of the new semester will be carried out in an orderly manner.

第三天 Day 3

29日，执行校长张金仲就“聚焦目标，创新举措：本学期重点落实什么”做了专题讲话。张校长从德育与教学两方面为新学期工作提出了方向性指引。德育工作主抓“小组合作管理与学生干部培养”，要为学生发展提供平台，为班级管理提供支架；在教学工作上，重点落实“小组合作学习与智慧课堂建设”，同时提出要优化导学案设计，以支持新的课堂教学改革。

Executive Principal Mr. Zhang Jinzhong made a keynote speech on "Focus on Goals, Innovative Measures: What is the core of teaching Implementation in this Semester". He put forward guidance for the work of the new semester from the aspects of moral education and teaching. Moral education work focuses on group cooperative management and student cadre training, and should provide a platform for student development and a scaffold for class management; In terms of teaching work, it is necessary to emphasize the group cooperative learning method and the construction of intelligent classrooms, and at the same time optimize the design of the tutorial plan.

随后，全体教师按照年级、学科、班型划分小组，就“小组合作学习课堂落实办法”及“平板使用如何支持学习型课堂建设”两方面进行交流。全体教师群策群力，分享小组合作学习经验及平板在智慧课堂中的应用。老师们的发言既有共性，也有学科特色，为小组合作学习提供了新思路、新办法。

Later on, all teachers were divided into groups according to grades, subjects and class typesn to exchange views on two aspects of "group cooperative learning classroom implementation method" and "how to use tablets in learning classroom construction". After intense discussion, teachers pooled their wisdom and efforts to participate in the speech, shared the group cooperative learning experience and the application of tablets in classrooms. The teachers' explanations have both commonalities and disciplinary characteristics, providing new ideas and new measures for group cooperative learning.

风起云涌看未来，踌躇满志竞风流。新学期的各项工作已准备就绪，全体中加人将以饱满的热情践行职业规范，以更优的教学管理，更佳的教学质量，立足新学期，启航新征程。
