11月8日上午，华美外国语学校九年级教学工作会议在一楼会议室召开。会议由教学教研中心唐漠舟主任主持，邓登江总校长、刘燕玲校长、学生发展中心何小军主任、九年级全体教师参加会议。会议共五个议程： 

On the morning of November 8th, the ninth grade teaching work meeting of Huamei Foreign Language School was held in the conference room on the first floor. 

会上，唐漠舟主任对九年级期中考试进行了多角度、多维度的质量分析，数据详尽、表格清晰。分析中既展现出诸多亮点，也提出了教学建议。数据背后，学子们通过努力取得的进步让人欣喜，带领学子们拼搏进取的老师们令人尊敬。

At the meeting, Director Tang Mozhou conducted a multi-angle and multi-dimensional quality analysis of the ninth grade mid-term exam, with detailed data and clear tables.

九年级级长陈斯岗老师解读了导师制方案，强调导师要与受导学生建立相互理解、相互信任的关系，起到“思想上引导、学业上辅导、心理上疏导、生活上指导”的作用。

The ninth grade prefect, Mr. Chen Sigang, explained the tutor system plan, emphasizing that tutors should establish a relationship of mutual understanding and mutual trust with the tutored students.

何小军主任明确了导师制的目的并提出了具体要求，学校将从过程和结果两个方面来评价导师制的成果，随后对九年级家长会进行了布置。

Director He Xiaojun clarified the purpose of the tutor system and put forward specific requirements.

刘燕玲校长特别强调教育者要不忘初心，牢记教书育人使命。刘校长要求大家增强质量意识，重视班风建设，充分发挥导师团队的“四导”作用，密切关注学生，用心关爱学生，回归教育本质：爱！

Principal Liu Yanling asked everyone to enhance quality awareness, pay attention to the construction of class style, and give full play to the role of the "four guides" of the tutor team.

邓登江总校长对分析会作了总结并做了指导性的讲话。邓校长首先对本次质量分析会予以肯定，高度肯定了本次九年级期中考试的成效：稳中有进。邓校长对九年级工作进行了指导部署，特别强调要师生共同分析知识点达成情况，共同找出不足，进行个性化辅导；要加强体育训练，关注学生体质健康。最后，邓校长鼓励全体初三团队要笃信心、挥激情、提状态，“知之愈明，则行之愈笃，行之愈笃，则知之愈益明。”

President Deng Dengjiang encouraged all the junior three teams to have confidence, show enthusiasm, and improve their status.
