鲸帆视角 精彩纷呈 | 青少年如何理解规则与成长之间的关系

古人云:“没有规矩,不成方圆。”


不论是父母还是老师,都想尊重孩子的天性和个性,让他们自由自在地成长。但是,自由不等于放任,孩子若是缺乏规则意识,自由便失去了它原有的意义。


11月20日,深圳市鲸帆港人子弟学校举行第十三周升旗仪式,由老师和学生进行“理智、规则与成长”的主题分享

尊敬的老师,亲爱的同学们。

我是来自中五一班的关国昌,我是来自中五一班的阮楚淇。


Dear teachers and schoolmates.

I am Eric from Class 5-1, and I am Amy from Class 5-1 as well.


我们今天演讲的主题是理智、规则与成长。如果让你就上述三次的关系而展开讨论,你认为他们三者存在什么联系呢?是在理智中去遵守规则,在这当中获得成长?还是在遵守规则中,有一丝理智看待规则?并在这个辨析的过程中去成长?我相信大家都有自己的见解,而我的理解是,因为需要理智,所以创立规则;因为拥有理智,所以尊重规则和辨析规则,而我们也会因为这期间的经历而获得成长。


The theme of our speech today is "Inspiration, Rules, and Growth." If we were to discuss the relationship among these three aspects, what do you think connects them? Is it about following rules with rationality and experiencing growth in the process? Or is it about having a rational perspective on rules while adhering to them and growing through the process of discernment? I believe everyone has their own insights, and in my understanding, rules are established because of the need for rationality. We respect and discern rules because of our rationality, and it is through this journey that we also experience growth.


上古时期的人类先民尚未拥有成熟的智慧和理性,因为那时人只求生存,求单纯的活着,而有不顾一切的野性。然而社会发展之后,人类不再需要苟活,而是需要思索。在思考如何享受生命,如何舒适生存时,原有的食生肉习俗与野性,自然会被熟时和理智取代。正是源于树立理智和思维,与野性划分界,人们才需要以树立“规则”这一隔离墙。由于对理智的需求,人们才会树立规则。


In ancient times, our ancestors hadn’t had developed wisdom and rationality. At that time, people only pursued survival, a simple way of living, and were driven by untamed instincts. However, as society developed, humans no longer just needed to survive but also needed to contemplate. When it comes to enjoying life and comfortable living, the previous customs of eating raw meat and untamed instincts naturally gave way to maturity and rationality. It is because of the establishment of rationality and thought, and the distinction from untamed instincts, that people need to establish "rules". It is the need for rationality that prompts people to establish rules.


规则既然已经树立,便需要思考如何在规则内行事生活。这个思考的能力,正是理智所赋予的。二者如同母与子的关系。古人云:“没有规矩,不成方圆”。因此为了维护这个方圆,维系人思维的理智,人们遵守规则是必然的。这个规则以大体而言是法律,他维系着社会的稳定,使人不退回无序的野性,使人类不在互相争夺中陨落。以个人而言,规则是自我利益得以维护的基本机制。因为有理智的人会遵循理智创造的成果,因此一个理性的人会遵守规则。


Since rules have been established now, we need to consider how to act and live within those rules. The ability to reflect on this is precisely the gift of rationality. The two are like a mother and child. As the ancients said, "Without rules, nothing can be achieved." Therefore, in order to maintain order and harmony, and to preserve the rationality of human thinking, it is inevitable for people to abide by rules. Generally speaking, these rules refer to laws that maintain social stability, preventing humanity from regressing into chaos and preventing individuals from perishing due to conflicts. On an individual level, rules are the fundamental mechanism for safeguarding self-interest.


然而,同时我们也要知道规则并不是完美无缺的,也并不是恒古不变的,因为人们虽有理性去创造规则,但人终究不是机器,无法做到事事严谨精密。即使是严格的法规和严谨的知识,都会有各自的漏洞和不足。因此我们在面对这些状况时需要细心思辨,这个思辨过程正是我们的成长过程。


However, we must also understand that rules are not perfect or immutable. Although people have rationality to create rules, humans are ultimately not machines that can achieve perfection in everything. Therefore, even strict regulations and rigorous knowledge have their own flaws and limitations. When facing these circumstances, we need to think carefully and discerningly. It is through this process of discernment that we experience growth.


希望大家可以在理智的过程中遵守规则、辨析规则,并在这些过程中不断提升辩证思维,获得成长。
