11月23日下午，罗湖区第四责任区督学尉书楼、曾轶、高凤花、张华、代正洪一行到华美外国语学校开展了“一核四维”课堂教学提质增效专项督导。邓登江总校长、刘燕玲校长全程陪同。

On the afternoon of November 23, the inspector of the fourth area of Luohu District went to Huamei Foreign Language School to carry out special supervision on improving the quality and efficiency of classroom teaching with "one core and four dimensions".

首先，督学们深入课堂，随机听课。其中，三位督学分别听了一堂语文课、数学课和英语课。课后，督学对三位老师的课堂教学进行了点评。

The inspectors went deep into the classroom and listened to the lectures randomly. 

接着，唐漠舟主任分别从教研指导、科培引领、智慧融合、督导监测四个维度作了专项汇报。

Director Tang Mozhou made a special report from the four dimensions of teaching and research guidance, scientific training guidance, wisdom integration, and supervision and monitoring. 

督学们仔细查阅了学校听课记录、教研活动记录、教案等资料，系统、全面地了解学校的各项教学工作落实情况。尉书楼督学指出：华美外国语学校以研促教，成效显著。建议学校在“一线三生”模式的基础上，进一步提炼学校的教学理念和方法，在传承中有创新、有发展。

The inspectors carefully checked the school's lecture records, teaching and research activity records, teaching plans and other materials, and systematically and comprehensively understood the implementation of various teaching tasks in the school. 

最后，邓登江总校长代表学校感谢督学们用情、用心地为学校的教学情况提出宝贵意见。他表示，学校将继续把教育教研活动落到实处，以研促教、提质增效。
