On 25 June, ISA Wuhan Wenhua Primary School held a grand and academic Student Personal Achievement Exhibition & Promotion Ceremony. At this event, Grade 5 students presented the results of their year of study. They have selected the six IB themes, carried out globally relevant inquiry activities, and explored, probed, and took action in their process.

6月25日，武汉爱莎文华小学举行了隆重而又充满学术味的学生个人成果展&升学典礼。在此次活动中，五年级的学生们向大家展示了他们这一年来的学习成果。他们对IB六大主题进行了选择，开展了与全球性相关的探究活动，并在其过程中不断地探索、探究、采取行动。

Before the Student Personal Achievement Exhibition & Progression Ceremony began, students and parents in attendance visited the Grade 5 students' Personal Project Achievement Exhibition. It was hard to believe that all these in-depth learning outcomes came from the children's independent learning investigations as they walked into the exhibition hall, with a wealth of different inquiry themes, inquiry clues, and central ideas jumping out at them.

在学生个人成果展&升学典礼开始前，到场的学生及家长们参观了五年级学生们的个人项目成果展。走入展厅，不同探究主题丰富精彩，探究线索、中心思想跃入眼帘，很难相信这些深度的学习成果都来自孩子们的自主学习探究。

No matter which booth you were in, you could feel the enthusiasm and initiative of the students in sharing their subject knowledge. Everyone was impressed by the generosity, enthusiasm, and confidence displayed by the students as they expressed themselves bilingually in the exhibition, and everyone applauded them!

不论在哪个展位，都能感受到学生们热情、主动地分享学科知识。学生们在展览中双语表达，展示出的大方、热情和自信给大家留下了深刻的印象，也让所有人为他们鼓掌！

On the outside of the ceremony, students from Grades 1 to 5 gave their heartfelt wishes to the graduates. Amidst enthusiastic applause and cheers from students of other grades, parents, and teachers, the graduates and their parents slowly walked up the red carpet together to the next stage of their journey in life.

在典礼的外场，一到五年级的学生们为毕业生们送上了真挚的祝福。在其他年级学生、家长及老师们热情的掌声与欢呼声中，毕业生与家长一同沿着红毯缓缓走上台阶，步入他们人生的下一段旅程。

On the stage of the 1,000-strong theatre, the Grade 5 students gave a wonderful personal presentation in fluent English to the students, parents, teachers, and school leaders in attendance. On the stage of the Theatre, Grade 5 students presented their individual results in fluent English to an audience of students, parents, teachers, and school leaders.

All Grade 5 students chose their topics of inquiry and content based on six super-subject themes, focusing on real-world and globally relevant issues to complete their graduation exhibition. This was a challenge for them after just one year of the inquiry program, as the students were guided by their tutors to ask questions, explore and take action. The graduation exhibition for ISA Wuhan Wenhua Primary School students was colorful and covered a wide range of topics.

在千人剧院的舞台上，五年级的学生们用流利的英语为到场的学生、家长、老师及校领导们带来了精彩的个人成果汇报。

Yang Hong, Vice Principal of ISA Wuhan Wenhua School and Head of ISA Wuhan Wenhua Primary School presented certificates to the Grade 5 students for their project achievements. The students were excited to receive their certificates from Principal Yang Hong. Each of the certificates recognized and recorded the children's growth.

武汉爱莎文华学校副校长、武汉爱莎文华小学的杨红校长为五年级的同学们颁发了个人项目成果展证书。同学们激动地从杨红校长手中接过独属于他们的荣誉。一张张证书都在肯定并记录着孩子们的成长。

The students of ISA Wuhan Wenhua Primary School have not only made academic gains but have also performed well in music. After the award presentation, the Grades 5 and 6 students performed Lean on Me, a ukulele piece that enchanted the audience with its light-hearted style.

武汉爱莎文华小学的学生们不仅在学术上有所收获，在音乐上也有着不俗的表现。颁奖结束后，五、六年级的学生们为大家带来了尤克里里弹唱曲目Lean on Me。轻快的曲风让在场的观众们陶醉其中。

The graduates also presented their English exercises - a project book on "chicken farming" and building a "bee" overseas. The graduates' emotional and lively performances put the audience in their element.

毕业生们为我们展示了他们的英语习作分享——“养鸡场”项目书以及建造海外“蜂”托邦。毕业生们充满感情的生动的表演使观众们身临其境。

At the graduation ceremony, the Grade 6 class teacher showed the graduates a heartwarming video she had made, which captured the children's vision for their future. These recordings will surely be a precious gift to them in the future.

The graduates also told their teachers and parents how they felt during their year at Wuhan Aisa Mandarin Primary School and brought their original short poems to the audience.

毕业典礼上，六年级的班主任老师给毕业生们观看了她制作的暖心视频，视频记录了孩子们对未来的憧憬。这些记录，对未来的他们一定是一份珍贵的礼物。

ISA Wuhan Wenhua Primary School not only focuses on the development of students' abilities but learning to be grateful is also an important lesson for every student. The graduates stood in the middle of the stage and expressed their gratitude to all the teachers and students who had helped them. They stepped off the stage, opened their arms, and embraced their dearest parents. The graduates walked onto the stage and sent flowers to their teachers to express their gratitude.

It is said that teachers' kindness is like the sea, because the sea is so vast and immeasurable. A teacher's kindness is like a mountain because the mountain is so lofty that it is revered. Our teachers also brought their blessings to the students - the song 'Over the Rainbow'.

In the IB-PYP learner community, there are not only schools, teachers, and learners, but also an essential member - the parents. Each member of the community has a different role and responsibility to play, and the community plays an important role in coordinating with each other to successfully achieve our common goals. There is also very good communication and interaction between the parents of ISA. The parents of the graduates also shared heartfelt remarks for the group. And good wishes were sent to the school as well.

The highlight of the graduation ceremony came when the lights were switched off and in the darkness, star lights were lit in the hands of the graduates. One by one, the graduates slowly walked onto the stage from the top of the auditorium under the glow of the chasing lights, where they were presented with their graduation certificates by Mr. Li Honglang, Chief Inspector of ISA Wuhan School and Secretary of ISA Wuhan School, Mr. Jia Xi, General Coordinator of ISA Wuhan Campus and Principal of ISA Wuhan Wenhua School, and Mr. Yang Hong, Vice Principal of ISA Wuhan Wenhua and Principal of ISA Wuhan Wenhua School Primary School.

Their primary school years came to a successful conclusion with the full care of their parents and the school. The Principal of ISA Wuhan Wenhua Primary School presented a speech and blessings to the graduates and delivered the first graduates to Sun Xiao, Principal of ISA Wuhan Wenhua Secondary School.

毕业典礼的最高光时刻到来，全场熄灯，在黑暗中，大家为毕业生们点亮了手中的星星灯。在追光灯的照耀下，毕业生们一个一个地从礼堂的上方缓缓走上舞台，武汉爱莎学校总督学、武汉爱莎文华学校书记李鸿朗先生，武汉爱莎园区总协调、武汉爱莎文华学校贾茜校长，武汉爱莎文华副校长、武汉爱莎文华小学杨红校长为他们颁发了毕业证书。

As the founding students of ISA Wenhua, we have had a wonderful and fruitful year together. During this year, the students have been brave and challenged themselves by participating in a variety of different activities and international competitions within their subjects - English International Spelling Bee, Hubei Hope Star English Competition, Kangaroo Maths International Competition, the National NOC Competition Cube Robotics Challenge, the "Paper Circuit" themed innovation competition, and the Leonardo da Vinci International Youth Art Competition. In our daily studies, we have also conducted activities such as "English Reading Sharing", "Language Reading Club", "Sudoku Competition" and "24 Points Competition".

Additional egg: Today is not only the day of the first ISA Wuhan Wenhua Primary School Achievement Exhibition and Promotion Ceremony but also the day of the opening of the ISA Wuhan Wenhua Camp.

In this camp, we will be taking students through an immersive, full English international curriculum based on six super-subject themes, taught in collaboration with expatriate and bilingual teachers.

Students will be led by expatriate and bilingual teachers to develop a two-week UOI inquiry plan based on six super-disciplinary themes in a global context, around topics such as animal habitats, environmental protection, conflicts and contradictions, the universe, the economy and the media, to authentically experience the inquiry cycle while experiencing an immersive English learning environment, while developing a global perspective, focusing on the same topics in China and the world different understandings of the same topic, and develop students' critical and creative thinking.

附加彩蛋：今天不仅是武汉爱莎文华小学第一届成果展暨升学典礼的日子，也是爱莎文华营开营的日子。

在本次夏令营中，我们将基于六大超学科主题，由外籍教师和双语教师合作教学，带领学生体验沉浸式全英文国际课程。

学生将在外籍老师和双语老师的带领下，基于六大超学科主题，在全球背景下，围绕动物栖息地、环境保护、矛盾与冲突、宇宙、经济和媒体等话题，制定出为期两周的UOI探究计划，真实经历探究循环，同时体验沉浸式英语学习环境，同时培养学生全球视野，关注中国和世界对同一主题的不同理解，培养学生的批判性思维和创新型思维。

In the process, we will improve students' overall English proficiency through original English picture book reading, original English novel reading, English speech and elocution, academic writing, and opinion writing.

Our Maths curriculum will be based on the Chinese National Curriculum, combined with the Singapore Maths Curriculum. Themes such as mathematical picture book reading, historical mathematicians and their contributions, comparison of Chinese and Western mathematical thinking, history of mathematical development, mathematical thinking extension, and mathematical games will be used to comprehensively strengthen the foundation of mathematics, enhance students' mathematical thinking and problem-solving skills, and expand their global perspective in mathematics.

在此过程中，我们将通过原版英文绘本阅读、原版英文小说阅读、英语演讲和口才、学术类写作、观点类写作等方式，全面提高学生英文水平。

All courses in the Summer Camp are taught in English language, except for language and Chinese mathematics which are taught in Chinese language, and students also communicate in English in their daily communication and inter-course activities.
