On the first day of ISA Tianhe, students in the Early Years started the IB learning journey with a Communication and Skills programme, while Primary students commenced a new IB transdisciplinary unit of inquiry, where they made connections between subjects including the Sciences, Maths, Chinese, and international languages while building their understanding of the world around them under the guidance and instruction of their teachers. They also enjoyed learning subject areas such as music, IT, PE and art, which exposed the students to different fields of knowledge and helped them to discover their own interests. During lunchtime, the school provided students with a nutritious, Chinese and Western meal. The new dining tables and chairs made the canteen more spacious and brighter, giving students a better dining experience.

爱莎天河学校开学第一天，幼儿园以沟通表达课程正式开启一天的IB学习旅程，小学踏上新一轮的IB超学科主题学习，探究课（UOI）、数学课、中文课、语言选修课等不同的科目之间建立了更多的联系，更有音乐、信息技术、体育和美术等多种专科课程带领孩子们体验不同的知识领域，发掘自身兴趣所在。午餐时间，学校为学生提供丰富的、中西结合的餐食，新的餐桌椅让餐厅更加宽敞明亮，给学生带来更好的用餐体验。

On the first day of ISA Science City, children who have just entered Early Years were patiently guided by teachers to adapt to the new environment; in the Primary School, teachers helped students gradually get rid of "holiday syndrome", transition and establish a state of independent learning, and prepare for the new learning journey; in the Secondary School, students also met with each subject teacher and quickly got into a learning mode quickly. At the Opening Assembly, Principals delivered their best wishes and expectations for students in the new school year.

爱莎科学城开学第一天，刚进入幼儿园的孩子在教师的耐心引导下，开始适应新的环境；在小学部，老师们帮助孩子们逐步摆脱“假期综合征”，过渡并建立起自主学习状态，迎接本学期更多丰富的探究研学；在中学，学生们也见到了专业课的老师，迅速投入到课程学习中。开学典礼上，各学部校长为学生送出开学寄语，表达对学生在新学年成长发展的殷殷期盼。

On the first day of ISA Liwan, with the aim of facilitating the swift integration of new students into the ISA Liwan family, the homeroom teachers and advisors have organized an array of engaging activities. These initiatives enable students to enhance their interpersonal communication and gradually build up collaboration within a pleasant atmosphere. The Pastoral Care and Boarding Team of ISA Liwan held their first boarding meeting with the boarders, introducing boarding principles and practices, daily routine, and the importance of communication between the boarders, their parents and the school team. ISA Liwan also offers extensive boarding curriculum and events for boarders, including structured homework time, extracurricular activities and academic support, which provide opportunities to encourage holistic development both individually and collectively.

爱莎荔湾开学第一天，为了帮助新同学迅速融入爱莎荔湾大家庭，适应新的环境，主班老师及导师们准备了各种有趣的互动，让新老同学们逐渐建立起彼此之间的信任和友谊。爱莎荔湾的人文心智关怀及寄宿团队也在开学第一天与寄宿生们召开了第一次的寄宿会议，让学生更好地感受和了解寄宿生活，了解寄宿社区的日常实际情况，以及寄宿学生、家长和宿舍工作人员之间沟通和开放式关系的重要性。学校也为寄宿生安排了丰富的寄宿课程及晚间活动，包括系统的家庭作业时间、课外活动和学业辅导，为鼓励个人和集体的全面发展提供了诸多机会。

As the new school year of ISA Wuhan started, all ISA Wuhan students were led by teachers to play various ice-breaking games to familiarise themselves with their new classmates. In the new academic year, ISA Wenhua Wuhan Secondary School (International Pathway) has comprehensively overhauled subject curriculum, putting forward a more rigorous curriculum and higher standard requirements for teaching management and quality of teaching. Pastoral care is one of the most important features of ISA Wuhan's holistic approach to education. Upon enrolment, each ISA student is assigned to his/her own House, where a wealth of academic competitions, sports competitions, theme-based seminars and other exciting campus activities take place, and House scores will be recorded. On September 1st, ISA Wuhan welcomed the biggest and grandest campus event of the year - ISA Wuhan Campus Assembly & 2023 Opening Ceremony. In the school's auditorium, every seat was occupied, and more than 2,000 members of the ISA community greeted the arrival of the new semester with the most enthusiastic and brand-new outlook. 

爱莎武汉新学年，新生与返校生们在教师带领下，通过各式各样的“破冰”小游戏，熟悉新同学，拉进彼此距离。新学年，武汉爱莎文华中学（国际方向）全面升级了中学学段的综合科目设置，对教学管理和教学质量监管提出了更严谨和更高标准的要求。院舍制是武汉爱莎全人教育的最大特色之一，每位爱莎学生在入学后，都将被分到自己的院舍，院舍之间会进行丰富的学术竞赛、体育比赛、主题研讨等精彩的校园活动，并累计院舍积分。9月1日，武汉爱莎教育园区迎来开学季最盛大、隆重的校园活动——2023首次全校集会暨开学典礼。千人剧院，座无虚席，超2000名爱莎社区全体成员用最饱满的热情，最崭新的风貌，共同迎接新学期的到来。

Guangzhou Foreign Language School ISA Wenhua IBDP Programme members elaborately decorated the school for the first day of the new school year. At the Opening Assembly, all the students, parents and staff gathered together to review the past and look forward to the future. In the new school year, IBDP Programme will establish a Teaching and Learning Development Center and build a platform for teachers' professional development, in a bid to foster a high-quality team of teachers with professional expertise and teaching abilities.
