"Music education, as the most crucial part of the holistic education system at ISA Wuhan, is about character building, spiritual nurturing, and a never-ending ideal of life in the midst of daily life for students. At ISA Wuhan, we encourage the whole community to learn or practice a favourite instrument, and the Open Mic currently set up in canteen during the lunch time is also part of the school's process of practicing the aesthetics of nurturing. In the future, I hope that I can lead ISA Wuhan community members to use the power of music together, to observe the world, to find themselves, and to change the future."

"At present, the world has never attached so much importance to the development of science, technology and innovation as it does today, and a country's and nation's ability to innovate fundamentally affects and even determines the future destiny of the country and the nation. "Children can only realise their innate potential in an environment where they feel safe. In the classroom at ISA, students are encouraged to be bold in their investigations and are told not to be afraid of making mistakes, so that they can learn by playing games of their own accord, finding the key to the problem and solving it with their own hands, which is very helpful in building up their self-confidence and inspiring them to be inspired, and I believe that students can be truly nourished by schooling when the teacher is truly an influencer of their learning and is not always in the driver's seat."

"My experience in international education in Australia, Shanghai and Nanjing has made me realise that there is a greater need to develop students' ability to communicate in the language and their confidence in receiving an international education in a second language. At ISA Wuhan, I hope to help students build a bridge between language, its use, and psychology, which I believe is valuable for students to help themselves find a learning path that is more suited to them. The growth that occurs when students realise that they can use language to fully explore the wonders of the world is unparalleled and is what made me become a teacher in the first place."

Inheritance, exploration and innovation. As an educator, it is like lighting a torch for the children running on the earth at night, lighting up the inner world of students with knowledge and illuminating their way forward with knowledge. Just as the famous Chinese mathematician Mr. Luogeng Hua said, the universe is big, the particles are small, the rockets are fast, the chemical industry is tricky, the earth has changed, the mystery of living things, the daily life is complicated, and there is maths anywhere. In the new semester, I welcome the students of ISA Wuhan to come into mathematics, a subject that integrates the mysteries of the world, and explore the mysteries of the world together with me!
