After Mayor Cheng and other leaders at all levels in Hubei Province and urban areas visited ISA Science City  School in 2022, this time, Mr. Chao Li came to ISA Science City for the first time to investigate and research. Accompanied by the Board Member of ISA International Education Group (ISAIEG), Mr. Herb Wang and other members, Mr. Chao Li exchanged views on the construction and development of international schools. Mr. Chao Li learnt about and fully discussed the design philosophy of ISA Science City School, which is "establish the curriculum before design the school" and "learner-centred". 

ISA Science City School was ranked second in the "Hurun Hundred Schools - Top 20 Beautiful Campuses for International Schools in China" in 2022, and is currently the only international school in China to be certified to the WELL Gold V2 standard for environmental health and safety. At the 2023 RAISE Asia International Schools Conference and 30 Years of International Schools Awards Ceremony in Hong Kong, ISA International Education Group received the Outstanding Contribution Award (Education Group) and ISA Science City School received the Special Contribution Award (School).

Mr. Chao Li said that the standards and practices of ISA International Education Group and ISA Science City School are constantly promoting the development of international education in the Greater Bay Area to the frontline of the country, blazing the trail and laying down a new direction for the cultivation of talents that are more adaptable to the future.

In recent years, UNESCO and the Ministry of Education of China have attached great importance to the teaching of STEAM education for young people. During this visit, Mr. Chao Li also focused on the FABLAB laboratory of ISA Science City School validated by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the U.S., which can share more than 1,000 most modern STEAM innovation courses with FABLAB laboratories distributed in more than 40 countries around the world so to realise the connection with the world's most advanced manufacturing products, digital science and technology, artificial intelligence, biotechnology, high-tech agriculture, humanities and technology.

Meanwhile, FABLAB, as a new type of digital fabrication lab, can provide students with a full range of digital design and manufacturing experiences. Students can operate a variety of professional digital equipment, such as 3D printers and laser cutting machines, to realise their creative ideas, and fully develop their ability to use knowledge and innovation.

During the meeting, Mr. Chao Li said that he would continue to support the high-quality development of international education in Wuhan and provide valuable guidance and future outlooks for the development of ISA Wuhan School. The Board Members of ISA International Education Group said that the favourable business environment in Wuhan has provided many favourable preconditions for the development of cutting-edge international education, and also expressed sincere gratitude to the governments at all levels in Wuhan and the Wuhan Education Bureau for the strong support given to ISA Wuhan School.
