Let’s follow in the footsteps of Columbus, the well-renowned explorer by traveling through the Era of Exploration and immersing yourself in these exciting days!

from History and Geography 

History is not, as Mr. Hu Shi said, a little girl who can be dressed up at will. It has its own true face, and the eye that seeks real history is to delve into the essence of antiquity from "exploration" to its deepest level. 

To understand different forms of civilization, one must first focus on the Age of Discovery in the 15th and 16th centuries, where Eastern and Western cultures collided giving rise to diverse directions of cultural development.      

Children should learn to "seek truth from facts" during their wanderings through the corridors of history, discovering the differences in distinctive worlds from the impact of the Age of Discovery and contemplating the nature of civilization. 

对物求真 对己求美

历史并非如胡适先生所言，是一个任人打扮的小姑娘，它自有着其本来的面貌，当然，探寻真实历史的法眼，就是从“探究”入眼，一步一步直达历史深层的本质。

而理解历史中不同的文明形态，首先要立足于15、16世纪的大航海时代，在这个时空交织中，东西方文化直接面对面地相遇碰撞了，进而又生发出了东西文明不同的发展方向。

孩子们在这个历史长廊的漫游中终会悟得“对物求真”，从大航海的视野中去发现不同文明别有洞天的差异，去思考文明冲突论是否具有必然与唯一性；他们在现实世界的探索中更能够践行“对己求美”，从多元世界比较中去注视用责任界定价值的自身，去创造多元文化如何生存共融与和谐之美。

This summer camp will have a tennis training course, where you will learn the theoretical knowledge of tennis and basic technical and tactical rules. Our professional tennis coaches will guide students on how to master forehand and backhand shots as well as serving skills. All of this will combine to help you master singles and doubles playing tactics. In the pursuit of the dream of life, tennis will be a light in your heart urging you to forge ahead. 

In the exhilarating sport of rugby, we will combine various movements such as running, jumping, the quick change of direction, a speedy stop and start, and also improve your reaction speed and endurance through complex running routines and defensive skills. 

In the world of sports, a lone sail cannot sail far, without goals and enterprise that helps us to move forward. In the realm of sports, please open your arms to grasp the ideal of sailing.

 -- Cultural exploration of visual art and dance art 

Will the sea stay this blue? Eighty percent said yes, and 20 percent said no. In the global topic of IB visual arts, we will explore the cultural lineage of Marine ecological civilization through heuristic art education. In this activity, you will create a connection between vision and space through creative practical experiences with recyclable materials. 

Dance is a form of body language. In the aesthetic practice of art and dance, you will explore the style characteristics of dance cultures in different periods and countries in an IB environment. 

Through the acquisition of dance theory, knowledge, and movement skills, you will comprehensively improve your physical ability and aesthetic quality through contact with classical ballet, ballroom dancing up to today’s hip-hop learning experience.
