暑假前，Happy Home的留言墙收集了孩子们对假期的期待。

面对孩子们对暑假的满满憧憬，爸爸妈妈对暑假有什么样的感受呢？

ASJ Happy Home为您送上假期亲子建议：

每天抽十五分钟，放下手机、屏蔽工作，专心和孩子沟通或玩乐。以宽容开放的态度支持和鼓励孩子。

暂时收起教育和焦虑，只是以伙伴的身份与孩子互动，用孩子的视角看世界。

一起做美食、一起讨论电影、一起运动、一起分享阅读体会、一起制定旅行计划……用对待同事的态度来对待孩子，尊重孩子的选择与表达。如果不认同孩子的决定，也倾听孩子的观点与感受，和孩子一起找出更好的方案。

请爸爸妈妈分别用三个词来形容孩子。让孩子猜猜看，为什么是这样的三个词。爸爸妈妈再说出自己的解释。然后，也请孩子用三个词形容爸爸妈妈。

爸爸妈妈的暑假是什么样子的？会做些什么？有什么开心事和烦恼呢？

爸爸妈妈在童年发生过什么糗事？如果孩子你遇到了这样的事，你会怎么做？

先问问孩子对自己的假期期待是什么？计划锻炼哪些能力？设想如何实现假期目标，然后将计划写下，并用色彩和图案装饰。

爸爸妈妈每天晚上听孩子说说今天按照计划做事后成功的方面，及时给予肯定。为他建立成就感和自信心，强化“我能行”的信念。

也听孩子说说有哪些不足需要改进、有什么困惑和需要什么帮助。这样的倾听能帮助孩子养成自己分析问题的习惯，并能通过修正和协助让孩子做得更好。

电子产品也是娱乐和放松的一部分，作为现代社会的成员，孩子有必要学习怎样合理使用。

不应完全禁止孩子使用电子产品，但是应向孩子说明不设限会产生的不良后果，并约定好每天的使用时长和使用项目。

Time goes by quickly. Spring is over with seemingly endless rain and summer begins with great sunshine. Children has gone back home with their parents. The summer vacation has lasted for a month.

How do the parents feel about the students’ expectations for summer vacation?

There are some advice on parent-child relationship in summer vacation from ASJ Happy Home.

You had better take 15 minutes each day to focus on communicating or playing with your children without distractions from phone or work. And you can try your utmost to support and encourage children with a open mind. 

Before you interact with children, try to let go of your anxiety and see the world from the perspective of children. Then, you tend to interact with children like a bosom friend.

You can cook food, discuss movies, do exercise, share reading reflections, make travel plans together with children... Respect children's choices and expressions and treat children the way you do to your colleagues. If you don't agree with children’s decision, listen to their views and feelings and work with them to find a better solution.

Can you use three words to describe your child? First, ask children to guess why you choose these three words and you can explain why to them. Then, ask children to describe you with three words.

What was your summer vacation like? What did you do? What kind of happiness and trouble did you experience? 

What kind of embarrassment did you experience in childhood? What would you do if the same thing happened to your child?

Ask children: what are you looking forward to during the vacation? What abilities do you want to develop? How will you achieve your goals? Think, write down answers and decorate the answer sheet with colorful patterns.

Every night, you can praise children for their progress so that they will develop a sense of achievement, be more confident in themselves and reinforce the belief ‘I can do what I want to do’.

Also, you can have a cosy chat with children about what deficiencies need to be improved, what they are confused about and what help they need. Such communication can help children practice problem-solving skills and do better through correction and assistance.

Children can use electronic products to entertain and relax. In modern society, it’s necessary for children to learn how to use them properly. 

You don’t have to prohibit them from using electronic products, but to show them the serious consequences of unlimited use and reach a consensus on how long and for what purpose they use each day.

Summer vacation is a perfect time to do exercises, experience more and nurture a good parent-child relationship. The warm company of family is the greatest gift for this summer.
