送别不平凡的2022，结束长时间的线上学习，能够重返校园是一件多么让人欢欣鼓舞的事！2月6日，学生，家长，老师，斐特思大家庭的每一位都格外耀眼。值得庆贺的是，春季我们又迎来了一批新同学，怀着对未来同样的期许，今天，从这里，我们奔着各自闪光的向往，整装，再出发！

Farewell to an extraordinary 2022. After a long period of online learning, we are all delighted to return to school. On February 6th we returned to school and all the Fettesians - students, parents, teachers – are dazzling. Furthermore, we are celebrating by welcoming new students to Fettes College Guangzhou and will continue to welcome new faces in the future.

我们亲爱的老同学，放下行李第一件事是去看上学期预定的展板：就是这里，我们准备了好多漫画作品，很快就可以展出来了！可不是吗，正如静候多日的教室，终于又迎来书声琅琅和笑语喧哗。

Our classroom had been waiting for students to return for many days, and we finally saw reading and heard laughter.

再次集会，那些熟悉亲切的笑靥全部都在。

At the first assembly, the welcoming and familiar smiles of teachers and students are all there. 

新学期，我们又增加了几位中外方老师；

新学期，上学期意犹未尽的CCA课程火速重启；

For the new semester, we have added several Chinese and expat teachers, resumed the unfinished CCA courses of last semester.

新学期，第一周就迎来我们的全校活动——春季游园会；新学期，学校年刊封面设计大赛开幕了！

For the new semester, we have prepared the celebrations for FCG spring carnival and announced the FCG yearbook cover competition. 

再次徜徉校园，你有没有发现：我们的楼梯第一级台阶提示语是：Kindness友善。正如FCG的培养目标，首句便是：慈善友爱。2月斐特思品格教育主题即开学第一课让我们以自己希望被对待的方式对待别人，这是很酷的。

When wandering through the campus, have you noticed that the first step of our stairs is labelled ‘Kindness’? The first strand of our school goals is to be charitable and kind. Today we have learned the first lesson of the new semester at FCG, which is also the theme of character education for February: It's cool to be kind. Let's treat others as I would like to be treated.
