Everyone starts as a newborn child, goes through childhood and adolescence, and eventually grows up and enters society. "A happy childhood can heal a person's life" is a saying that is highly recognised in China nowadays. The meaning behind it is that childhood has a profound and long-term impact on a person's personality, psychological quality and ability to deal with situations. A warm, harmonious and loving environment is essential for a healthy personality to develop, and during childhood, apart from the family, the teachers and students in the school are the ones children come into contact with the most, so the school atmosphere is also crucial to a child's development.

每个人都是从呱呱坠地的初生儿，经历童年和少年时期，最终长大成人、步入社会。“幸福的童年可以治愈人的一生”，这是一句在中国认可度非常高的话，它背后传达给众人的含义实际在说：童年时期对一个人的性格塑造、心理素质和处事能力有着深而长远的影响。健全的人格塑造离不开一个温暖和谐且有爱的成长环境，而在童年时期，除了家人以外，孩子们接触最多的就是校园中的老师与学生，因此，校园氛围也对孩子的成长至关重要。

At ISA Science City, teachers don't just focus on the academic achievements of students in the classroom, but there is also a lot going on outside the classroom! As parents and friends of ISASC will know, there is a lot going on beyond the classroom! So far this semester, the school has organised major school events such as ISA Festival, Maths Week, Book Week and World Language Week, as well as many inter-school sports competitions, Parent Colleges and workshops. These events not only enrich the students' school life and complement the academics, but also provide students with more diverse opportunities to showcase their talents and promote home-school building and home-school parenting to nurture happy and joyful children.

在爱莎科学城学校，老师不仅只关注学生的课堂学术成绩，学生课堂之外的校园生活也可谓是多姿多彩！本学期至今，学校已举办爱莎日、数学周、图书周及世界语言周等大型校园活动，也组织了许多校际体育比赛，以及家长课堂、工作坊等大大小小的活动。这些活动不仅丰富了学生的校内生活，与学术相辅相成，同时也为学生提供了更多元展示才能的机会，并促进了家校之间的建设，家校共育，培养幸福快乐的孩子。
