After a week of rainy weather, we were finally able to hold our annual ISA Science City Sports Days. This year, with each sub school growing, we held three separate days!

本学期的年度校运会阴雨连绵的一周后，于学期末圆满举办。随着校园的逐渐壮大，今年的校运会规模再创新高，曾经一日内进行的校运会，本次分学部开展了足足三日！

Early Years athletes were in our Sports Hall where they competed at fun stations alongside their parents.  Organized by Ms. Debika and the PE team, it was a remarkable success that saw Early Years students enjoy a range of active games and races.

幼儿园的“小小运动员们”在体育馆里与父母们一起参加了趣味亲子比赛。在Debika老师和体育部的组织下，孩子们在一系列生动有趣的游戏和比赛收获了无限的乐趣。

Socrates ended up being the winning house, but all students received medals for their efforts.

苏格拉底学院最终获胜，所有学生都在比赛中努力奋进，最终，每个孩子都获得了小奖牌。

Primary Years had their day postponed to June 12th. The skies finally cleared, and our Sports Field became filled with the sounds of our houses cheering on their athletes as they ran in sprints on the track and competed in field events. Mr. Sean Maj was delighted with the level of participation and enthusiasm from our families. Many parents showed tremendous support for the event as volunteers and spectators. The day served as a showcase of the hard work our students put in during PE classes and sport CCAs. 

小学部的比赛因天气原因被推迟到6月12日举行。当日的天空终于放晴，运动场上充满了各个学院为运动员加油鼓劲的声音，学生在各项田径赛中追逐、比拼。体育项目协调员Sean老师十分欣慰地看到四大学院的学生都积极且充满热情地投入本次运动会，为各自学院奋勇争先。许多家长也在当天也来到现场，观看比赛、为孩子喝彩的同时，也作为志愿者为运动会给予了极大的支持。运动会展示了我们的学生在日常体育课程与拓展课程中付出的努力与收获的成果，让我们看到了孩子们法子内心的对运动的热爱。

After all the races and events for PY were competed, it was Teresa house that prevailed, raising the trophy at the atrium ceremony. 

最终，特蕾莎学院取得了胜利，在中庭广场的仪式上高高举起了他们的奖杯。

Secondary students weren’t able to escape the rain! Mr. Sean Maj planned an all-indoor sports day for our older athletes, who had an intense morning of events that showcased their skills in a range of events such as football, basketball and sprinting.  After all stations and races, it was again Teresa who were victorious, making them also the overall winner of our 2022-23 Sports Days!

尽管受天气影响改期，中学的运动会当天仍然没有逃过大雨的洗礼。因此，体育课程协调员Sean先生临时调整方案，启动室内体育馆作为中学运动会的比赛场地。当天上午，学生们在体育馆内进行了紧张激烈的足球、篮球和短跑等一系列比赛，展示了他们多年参与体育项目积攒的实力。最终，中学运动会以特蕾莎学院获得胜利、成为2022-2023学年运动会总冠军落下了帷幕。

On all days, Mandela, Malala, Teresa and Socrates house members wore their colours with pride and were fine ambassadors for ISA Science City sport. Parents and staff members should be commended for their generous volunteer efforts and contributions to the spirit of each sub school’s event by cheering on their houses.  A big thank you to everyone who supported the day and made it a success.

三天的比赛中，学生们自信满满地穿上四大学院的院服，代表各自的学院在各项竞赛中力争上游，我们看到了在爱莎科学城学子身上展现的运动精神。感谢所有支持本年度运动会的家长、老师以及更多学校社区成员，你们的喝彩与助威，以及做出的志愿服务，也是本次运动会一道道亮丽的风景线。期待我们来年再见！
