厦门华锐莱普顿学校第二届校级家委代表第一次会议于2021年12月7日下午2时30分在学校幼儿园四楼会议室召开。
The first meeting of representatives of the second school-level parent committee of Chiway Repton School Xiamen was held at 2:30 pm on December 7, 2021 in the conference room on the fourth floor of the kindergarten.
家长代表黄志伟、韩慧慧、刘兰妹、王金凯、周智清、张瑜、陈珍、费雯媛、邓沂、陈锦凤、林彩珍等应邀参加了会议。校领导总校长周小明总校长、执行校长闫啸、外方校长Jeffrey Reed、幼儿园园长王瑞芬、教学中心及学生中心主任、后勤总监、各学部主任等出席了会议，会议由校学生中心主任杨玉丽主持。

President Zhou Xiaoming first welcomed the representatives of the school parent committees on behalf of school leaders, saying that the establishment of school parent committees is a win-win situation for family and school education and the educational community. Then parent representatives and the school leadership team had a lively discussion on school construction, playing a role as a bridge between home and school, and parent school plans.

会上家长代表和校领导班子就创建“华锐莱普顿家长学校”方案进行了热烈的讨论。
（1）家长学校的性质
1、家长学校不是培训学校。它是在家委会组织下的家长们自发参与的家庭教育经验分享沙龙。
2、家长学校不是家委会。它不承担家委会工作职责。
（2）家长学校的工作宗旨、目标、任务和形式
家长学校以“建立家校教育全覆盖，探索根性教育新路径”为宗旨，以“提升家长育儿教育水平”为目标，保质保量的完成IB教育家长端的工作内容为任务，最大限度的贯彻党的教育改革方针，保障学校教学工作的顺利开展和教学任务的圆满完成。家长学校的工作形式——主题讲座、沙龙。
（3）家长学校筹备和组织架构
家长学校成立理事会，实行理事会领导下的秘书长负责制。家长学校成立家庭教育顾问团，由学生家长和学校推荐的优秀学生家长、教育家、社会各界精英组成顾问团。华锐莱普顿校领导为当然顾问。
（4）经费、活动场所
家长学校活动经费由家长自筹，前期投入由第一届校家委会主席黄志伟先生捐助。活动场所由学校提供，也可由家长赞助。
At the meeting, parent representatives and the school leadership team had a lively discussion on the plan of establishing the "Parent School of Chiway Repton School Xiamen ".
(1) The nature of the parent school
1. The parent school is not a training school. It is a family education experience sharing salon where parents spontaneously participate in the parent committee organization.
2. The parent school is not a parent committee. It does not assume the duties of the parent committee.
(2) The work purpose, objectives, tasks and forms of the parent school
The parent school takes "establishing full coverage of home-school education and exploring new paths for root education" as its purpose, "improving the level of parenting education for parents" as its goal and fulfilling the tasks of IB education parents with quality and quantity as its mission to implement the party to the utmost extent. The educational reform policy of the school guarantees the smooth development of school teaching and the successful completion of teaching tasks.
The work format of the parent school is themed lectures and salons.
(3) Parent school preparation and organizational structure
The parent school shall set up a council, and the secretary general shall assume responsibility under the leadership of the Council.
The parent school sets up a family education advisory group, which is composed of parents of students, parents of outstanding students recommended by the school, educators, and elites from all walks of life. The leaders of Chiway Repton School Xiamen are the consultants.
(4) Funds and venues
Parent school activities are funded by the parents themselves, and the initial investment is donated by Mr. Huang Zhiwei, the chairman of the first school parent committee.
The venue is provided by the school or sponsored by parents.
