共赴家园之约，凝心聚力助成长——彼一米湘府校区家委会 I BeeMee Xiangfu Campus PTA Meeting

家庭是塑造孩子健康人格的第一环境，如果说幼儿园教育是“阳光”，那么家庭教育则是那丰沃的“土壤”。陈鹤琴老先生说过：“幼儿教育是一种很复杂的事情，不是家庭一方面可以单独胜任的，也不是幼儿园一方面能单独胜任的，必须要两方面共同合作方能得到充分的功效。”

The family is the primary environment in which a child's healthy personality is shaped; if kindergarten education is the "sunshine," then family education is the fertile "soil." Mr. Chen Heqin stated: "Early childhood education is a very complex matter, not something the family alone can handle, nor something the kindergarten alone can handle. It must be a collaborative effort between the two to achieve the desired effect."

为进一步做好家园共育，充分发挥家委代表在园所发展、管理中的带头作用，体现园所管理科学性，彼一米森林儿童湘府校区于2024年4月16日召开了本学期第一次家长代表会议。

To further enhance the collaboration between home and kindergarten education, and to fully leverage the leadership role of parent representatives in the development and management of kindergartens, BeeMee Forest Academy Xiangfu Campus convened its first meeting of parent representatives on April 16th, 2024, for the current semester.

Same expectations, same goals, same responsibilities, same love. Members of the Parents' Committee arrived at the kindergarten, one after another, with hopes for the new principal, and shared in the joy and warmth of the children's growth process together.

The event commenced with a warm welcome from the host, Principal Grace, who extended heartfelt gratitude to the members of the Parent Committee for their support and cooperation in the school's endeavors.

Speech by the Principal

左园长首先说明了召开会议的目的、家委会的具体工作和具体职责，家委会成员也因此有了更深的责任感。左园分享了自己的教育观点：教育，从辨别孩子的需要出发。从儿童发展心理学的角度，“需要”是儿童心理和谐发展的重要因素，需要是儿童所有言行的基本动力，也是促进他个体活动的内在动力源泉。

Principal Grace began by extending a warm welcome to all members of the PTA, elucidating the purpose of the meeting, the specific tasks, and duties of the PTA, as well as the profound sense of responsibility that comes with being PTA members. Zuo Yuan then shared her educational perspectives: education, viewed through the lens of identifying children's needs. From the standpoint of child development psychology, "need" stands as a crucial factor in fostering the harmonious development of children's psychology. It serves as the fundamental driving force behind all children's words and actions, as well as the wellspring of intrinsic motivation propelling their individual activities.

同时，园长对家委长期以来对园所的支持和配合表示衷心的感谢，期望在彼一米湘府校区未来的发展，能够与家长们理念同频、目标同向、行动同步。

Simultaneously, the kindergarten Principal expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Parents' Committee for their steadfast support and collaboration with the kindergarten. She expressed hope that the kindergarten and parents could align in their future endeavors, sharing the same ideals, goals, and direction, and taking synchronous actions towards kindergarten development.

相遇，即是一种美丽的缘分。一声温暖的问候、一抹甜甜的微笑。虽然来自不同班级，家委成员们都怀揣着一颗“一切为了孩子”的心相聚于此。家委成员们相互自我介绍、简单的问好，温暖的微笑，真诚的表达对职责的担当和对未来的期许、融洽的范围弥漫在整个会场。

Meeting is a beautiful destiny. A warm greeting and a sweet smile. Though hailing from different backgrounds, all are gathered here with a heart dedicated to "all for the children." We introduced ourselves to one another, exchanged brief greetings, smiled warmly, sincerely expressed our responsibilities and expectations for the future, and a harmonious atmosphere enveloped the entire venue.

The positions available for the kindergarten PTA class committee are: Educational and Pedagogical Assistance Representative, Publicity Representative, Health Supervision Representative, Enrollment Assistance Representative, and other PTA members.

Principal Grace provided a comprehensive explanation of the objectives outlined in the kindergarten plan, focusing on the development of children, empowerment of teachers and staff, and the collaborative efforts between home and the kindergarten community.

Dietary Nutrition

保健医从幼儿生长发育、幼儿所需营养、带量食谱的解读、厨房管理、饮食卫生这五个方面进行了详细的解读。

The health care practitioner delivered a thorough explanation covering five key aspects: the growth and development of young children, nutritional requirements of young children, interpretation of take-home recipes, kitchen management, and dietary hygiene.

爱源于责任，而职责本身又是一种爱。每一个温暖的教育，从美好相遇开始。本次家委会是一场爱的相约，是一次家园携手、理念共建的过程，更是一次家园互相学习、相互影响的过程，我们坚信，在园所与家委们的共同努力下，定能形成一股更强大的力量，家园携手，履行爱与责任，共创家园共育美好未来！家园双向奔赴，共育花开！

Love emanates from duty, and duty itself embodies a form of love. Every nurturing education journey commences with a beautiful encounter. This family committee represents a gathering of love, a collaboration where home and school unite, co-creating processes and learning from each other. Together, we firmly believe that through the combined efforts of the kindergarten and the family committee, we can generate a stronger force, joining hands to fulfil our love and responsibilities, and forging a path towards a brighter future through collaborative home and school education. With both sides actively involved, co-parenting flourishes!
