The most memorable moment in WSC ToC was… when we first entered Woolsey Hall in Yale University, the hall was beautiful and incredible, I had never seen any hall like this before.
I highly recommend WSC at Yale because… it is an amazing experience to have as a student, and this experience will motivate you to study harder and show you that the world is wider than you think.
To me, WSC ToC 2023 was a fantastic event that I will never forget.
The most memorable moment in WSC ToC was…in the closing ceremony, when scholars from all over the world proudly waved their own country's flags to the melody of the church organ. It was a powerful scene and made me feel touched.
I highly recommend WSC at Yale because… it is more than a competition, WSC at Yale is an unforgettable trip for all of us. I really enjoy debating with people from different places and collaborative writing. The activities such as Scholar's Ball and City Tour are really interesting as well.
To me, WSC ToC 2023 was… a dream-like adventure that I will never forget. In this journey we all gained a lot from our opponents and the adventure itself.
The most memorable moment in WSC ToC was…at the scholar's ball. In the scholar's ball, we spent a good time with other scholars and really felt the excitement and appreciation between everyone.
I highly recommend WSC at Yale because…it happened in Yale university which is very special. We were able to experience the culture of Yale, which was different from the other regional rounds where the main thing was competition. In ToC, there were activities such as scavenger hunt and scholar's ball, and it helped us experience culture as we met scholars from all over the world.
To me, WSC ToC 2023 was…an experience of different cultures around the world, and culture of Yale university.
The most memorable moment in WSC ToC was…the scavenger hunt, this was the moment when I realized how competitive this competition really was going to be. Everyone came here giving their best with the objective to win, there were no people slacking off, just people trying their absolute best. Yet after all that, every scholar had a very welcoming attitude with one another being very kind and open-minded when talking with each other.
I highly recommend WSC at Yale because…it is an opportunity to realize the vast talents in the world, giving you a sense of competition and the idea that there is always someone better than you. The WSC serves as a powerful motivator, propelling participants to strive for personal growth and pushing them to reach new heights.
To me, WSC ToC 2023 was…an opportunity to push me to the very limits, making me adapt in various situations. In terms of growth, WSC is one of a kind. In ToC, the winning was less about skill but the ability to adapt in various situations and being able to apply your knowledge in an unfamiliar situation. Meeting people who put their very souls into this competition gave me a huge amount of motivation. The motivation derived from the passionate individuals I encountered during the event will continue to inspire me on my journey of personal and intellectual development.
