BCIS Holds Student
Awards Ceremony
On Wednesday June 23 the students, faculty, and staff came together to present its end-of-year student awards.
With all grade levels in attendance, teachers presented certificates for Top Academic Award, Most Improved Award, and Citizenship Award to their students.

In addition, several teachers presented other awards such as Top Fiction Writer, Top Score in Using IXL, and Most Enthusiastic Learner. In all, over 50 award certificates were presented to students.

At the end of the ceremony, our Principal Dr. Tim Allen presented the Principal’s Award to the student who most exemplified all of the qualities of a desirable BCIS student. While many students stood out for receiving this award, this year’s recipient was Sunny Lin from the Grade 7 class.

On the afternoon of June 23, parents were invited to witness a formalceremonymarking the moving up of BCIS’ 19 Kindergarten students to Grade 1
With a brief event consisting of a welcome from our Director of Operations, Ms. Zoe Zhang and speeches from Mr. Carlos Arias, Kindergarten Teacher, and Dr. Tim Allen, BCIS Principal, students received their Kindergarten Diplomas and a Commemorative BCIS Pin to the joy and delight of their parents.
Following the formal ceremony, photos of the Kindergarten Graduates and their parents were taken, followed then by a reception in the classroom with a beautifully decorated cake to mark the occasion.
With every smile, the world is blessing you to grow. Hello future, next year, continue to build dreams and set sail!
We wish all of our Kindergarten Graduates continued success in Grade 1 and can’t wait to welcome them all back on campus in August.
