学校教育是培养人的神圣事业,教师是完成这项事业的中流砥柱”,重视教师专业化培养是我校一直以来的不懈追求。其中,学校校本教研是提升教师专业能力、提高学校教育教学质量的重要途径。围绕“真问题、真教研”“有效教研”“尊重教师在教研中的主体地位”等师资培养课题,在我校教学督导张春晖教授的带领下,我校文科教学部门中文组教师立足学科教学客观规律,以抓好常态课堂为基础,立足在真实的学情和课堂环境,积极、主动开展各类教育教学实践活动,以学促教、以研促教,积极探索国际化教育背景下的中文教学新态势,努力做到扎根本土、放眼世界。



校际携手促新知


2022年5月17日,张教授携中文组教师代表前往观澜中心学校进行教学访问。在我校第一书记熊波同志的大力协调与支持下,各年级组教师在观澜中心学校的领导及教师团队的带领下,分别对小学二年级、三年级、四年级及初中七年级的课堂进行随堂观摩并参与课后评课交流。



返回学校后,参与观课的教师代表也在张教授的组织和指导下,通过切身实践,展开思辨讨论,不断巩固专业听评课的教师基本功。

将整本书阅读以项目式学习的方式来推进,由单篇走向整本,再由整本走向群书;利用好教材内的“文体学习”单元,拉长阅读时间,明确阅读的项目产出,做到“由一本书到一位作家,一位作家到一种创作风格,一种创作风格再到一类书”。

授课教师围绕真实的、具体的学习任务,探究学习资源课内文本,总结学习方法,指导“寻找最美南粤少年”写作任务,但语文本体知识要准确,理解上位概念,帮助学生建立“类”的概念,例如理解表现手法的含义,其中包括象征、烘托等。

张美湘老师

学习单设计新颖,内容串联有内涵,不同模块都是对应本单元内的课文,如《叶圣陶先生二三事》是以表格形式呈现,从旁有教师搭起的支架引导学生对“叙议结合”、“细节描写”的文本进行批注;《爱莲说》与《陋室铭》则是用可视化的导图来辅助学生梳理文章内部的文本信息。

是否可以在预测故事策略环节进行多重预测疑问引导,鼓励学生表述预测头脑风暴“获得奖券的途径”,之后再根据头脑风暴而得的结果预测查理获取奖券的可能性,使得学生的讨论思考更具考量性和价值。

周霞艳老师

教师链接了相同主题的诗歌,如《赠汪伦》、《送元二使安西》、《送别诗》增加了课堂内容的深度和广度,扩大了课堂上对学生的文本输入,适应了当下群诗阅读的教学要求和理念。

教学设计模块清楚,层次清晰。从“回顾旧知·激趣导入”,到抓住习作要求,确定题目,再到写作技巧回顾,最后到片段赏析和片段书写,体现了教学内容由易到难、由低到高的有序性。

授课教师教学兼顾了趣味性和知识性。如在开头导入的时候,老师设计了通过给出的提示猜诗歌的趣味猜谜环节;通过金文猜字,巩固了字理识字,兼顾了低年龄段学生爱读图的年龄特点;在黑板上贴绿色荷叶图片装饰,让学生将写有生字的莲花贴上去,形成一幅美丽夏荷图,既呼应了诗歌主题又富有童趣。

自新学年开启以来,立足常态教学要点,扎实教师基本功,提升教师专业发展综合素养成为中文组教师培养的核心目标


为此,我校文科部门在张教授的带领下集团队之力,倡潜心学习之风,以青年教师个性化成长角活动、常态教研交流展示周活动、动态推门观察活动、新进教师入格入序展示活动、专题研讨培训等系列项目,将教师培训,专业成长落实到教师工作的每一天,让不同发展阶段的教师真正成为学校教育教学的开发者与建设者,成为自己人生和专业成长道路上的主人公。

有人说“教育是爱的艺术,而教学则是略带遗憾的艺术”。在实际的教学中,不同的学生学情、不同的学习内容、不同的师生状态都会为教学加入未知的可变因子,而教育教学的思想智慧正是在这些超出预期的变化中悄然而生。在学校的大力支持和专家的积极引导下,中文组全体教师也会继续秉持做“真教育”的初心,以“说好中国话、用好中国字、品好中国情、读懂中国心”为教学使命,携手共进、砥砺前行,在教师专业化成长的道路上不断前进,为博观学子及家庭带来更加专业、广阔、扎实的中文教育新风貌。

Under the leadership of Professor Zhang, the Chinese teachers in our school are actively engaged in various teaching and learning activities and are exploring the new dynamics of Chinese teaching in the context of international education, based on the objective rules of subject teaching and the real learning situation and teaching environment.



Inter-school collaboration


On 17 May 2022, Professor Zhang and the Chinese teachers went on a teaching visit to Guanlan Central School.The teachers observed the lessons in Grade 2, Grade 3 and Grade 4 of Prep School and Grade 7 of Senior School respectively and communicated after the lessons.



After returning to school, the teachers who participated in the lesson observation were organised and guided by Professor Zhang to discuss and share their experiences and gains.

Make good use of the 'genre study' unit within the textbook to increase reading time and improve reading efficiency, so that you can progress from a book to an author, from an author to a style of writing, and from a style of writing to a category of books.

For example, '叶圣陶先生二三事' is presented in a table format; '爱莲说' and '陋室铭' use visual guides to assist students in sorting out the textual information within the texts.

Encouraging students to brainstorm and then present their findings based on their brainstorming makes the discussion more considered and valuable.

The teaching design is modular and clearly layered. From reviewing to the exercises, from identifying topics to reviewing writing skills, and finally to the appreciation of article fragments and writing of article fragments. The teacher's teaching balances fun and knowledge. For example, at the beginning of the lesson, the teacher designed a fun quiz to guess the poem through the hints given. Since the start of the new academic year, the core objectives of teacher training in the Chinese team have been to consolidate teachers' basic skills and enhance their professional development based on the key points of teaching.


With a series of projects such as personalised growth corner activities for young teachers, regular teaching and research exchange and display week activities,and sequence display activities, so that teachers at different stages of development can truly become developers and builders of education and teaching in schools, and become the masters of their own lives and professional growth paths.

It is said that "education is the art of love, while teaching is the art of regret". In the actual teaching, different students' learning conditions, different learning contents, different teacher and student states will add unknown variables to the teaching. It is in these variations, beyond the expected, that the wisdom of teaching and learning ideas creeps in.


With the support of the school and the active guidance of the experts, all teachers in the Chinese team will continue to uphold the original intention of doing "real education", with the teaching mission of "speaking Chinese well, using Chinese characters well, tasting Chinese feelings well and reading Chinese hearts", and work together to forge ahead. We will continue to move forward on the path of professional growth and bring a new professional, broad and solid Chinese education to our students and their families.
