今年天行一中首开中美班（中美方向国际班），自开班以来，一直受到了广大学生家长和外界的关注。美国留学规划也成为天行众多学生和家长最为关心的话题。10月31日下午，美国驻华大使馆Education USA高级教育专员沈毅（Steven Shen）老师访问我校，就美国留学申请问题与天行学子进行面对面交流，使学生获得最官方权威的美国申请指导。

This year, the first American class was set in Teensen No.1 middle school. Since the beginning of the class, it has attracted the attention of parents and the outside world. The study abroad program in the United States has also become the most concerned topic for many students and parents of Teensen. On the afternoon of October 31, Mr. Steven Shen, senior education Commissioner of Education USA of the U.S. Embassy in China, visited our school to conduct face-to-face exchanges with Teensen students on the application of studying abroad in the United States, so that students can obtain the most official and authoritative guidance on Application in the United States. Mr. Shen Yi is one of the twelve senior education specialists of the U.S. Embassy in China. He has nearly ten years' experience in the United States.

沈毅老师是美国驻华大使馆十二位高级教育专员之一,他拥有近十年美国高等教育体制和美国升学指导的丰富经验。沈毅老师向我校师生介绍了学校和专业的选择、留学政策、等赴美留学相关问题，还就老师、同学们关心的美国大学申请、美国大学生学习情况等相关问题进行耐心细致的解答。

Mr. Shen Yi is one of the twelve senior education commissioners of the U.S. Embassy in China. He has rich experience in the U.S. higher education system and U.S. entrance guidance for nearly ten years. Mr. Shen Yi introduced to our teachers and students the choice of school and major, study abroad policy, and other issues related to studying in the United States. He also patiently and meticulously answered the relevant questions about the application of American universities and the study situation of American college students that the teachers and students concerned about.

沈毅老师凭借多年的教育经验，对美国高等教育进行了深入浅出的解析，为同学们带来一场精彩的交流分享，使同学们对自己未来的美国留学有了更加深入的认识。中美班学生作为天行美国留学方向的主力军，在讲座之后，周灿（Kitty）同学提到：“听完讲座，我知道了A-Level课程相对AP、IB课程更加适合中国的学生，它的教育体系相对完整；同时沈老师指导我们该如何去挑选大学和专业，让我明白排名第一的大学并不是最好的大学，只有最适合你的大学才是最好的大学。”

 With years of educational experience, Mr. Shen Yi has analyzed American higher education in a simple way, bringing students a wonderful exchange and sharing, and enabling students to have a deeper understanding of their future American study abroad. After the lecture, students from China and the United States, as the main force of studying in the United States, said: "after listening to the lecture, I learned that A-level courses are more suitable for Chinese students than AP and IB courses, and its education system is relatively complete; at the same time, Mr. Shen pointed out how to choose universities and majors, so that I could understand that the university ranking first is not the best University, only the most suitable university for you is the best university.

天行一中校长助理Vivian提到举办此次活动的初衷时指出，“沈老师是美国留学申请的官方权威人士，此次请他来为学生进行面对面指导，可以让学生获得第一手的权威官方资讯和最专业的美国留学申请指导。”

Vivian, assistant principal of Teensen No.1 middle school, pointed out the original intention of the event: "Mr. Shen is the official authority of the application for studying in the United States. This time, he is invited to provide face-to-face guidance for students, so that students can get the first-hand authoritative official information and the most professional guidance for studying in the United States."

沈毅老师的到访解决了一些我们对于学生留学美国方面的一些困惑和问题。他的到来与学校建立联系，了解天行对美交流的需求，今后将从大使馆的角度为学校提供各种与美国高校交流合作的机会和资源。

Mr. Shen Yi's visit solved some of our puzzles and problems in studying in the United States. His arrival will establish contact with the University, understand the demand of Skywalk for us exchanges, and provide various opportunities and resources for the university to exchange and cooperate with US universities from the perspective of Embassy in the future.

实际上此次的美国驻华大使馆Education USA高级教育专员到访活动只是天行一中升学指导处日常的工作之一，升学指导处每月都会邀请世界名校的招生官及相关领域的最权威人士为学生带来最新的升学资讯，提供最专业的指导。除此之外，从升学指导到未来长期职业规划，为天行学子生涯发展全程精心护航，这也正是天行一中今年提交申请的十三位毕业生均被世界前一百名校录取的背后隐藏的功臣。

In fact, the visit of the Education USA senior education Commissioner of the U.S. Embassy in China is only one of the daily work of the entrance guidance office of Teensen students No.1 middle school.
