我在此次比赛中充分感受到了团队协作，互相信任的重要性，从一开始的明确分工，（Louis，Addy和Zuni负责运营，Gary负责美工，远在韩国Stephanie为我们提供建议，Wendy和我负责路演），使每个人的长处发挥到最大，整个团队的效率变得最高。

I fully realized the importance of teamwork and mutual trust within a team through this competition. Due to our clear division at the very beginning, everyone could give full play to his personal strength, which contributed to effective coordination and cooperation. In particular, Addy, Louis and Zuni were responsible of operation, Gary was in charge of drawing and designing, Wendy and I focused on the preparation of presentation and Stephanie provided suggestions for us.

而我最记忆犹新的一幕是：当时第一轮运营后的结果远远低于我们的预想值，大家都有点低落，但我们通过心态的调节，策略的分析，市场定价的讨论，不知疲惫地测试，彼此互相的鼓励，很快将失落转变为动力，大家竭尽全力，在各自负责的部分为团队做出贡献，顶住压力，果断决策，最后成功逆袭冲入top10% 。

The most impressive moment for me is that when the result was unexpectedly unsatisfactory after round 1, although everyone was a bit upset at first, through quick adjustment of mentality, detailed analysis of pricing strategies, as well as mutual encouragement, we turned our frustration into motivation. Everyone resisted the pressure, working hard on corresponding tasks. In the end, we successfully became the top 10%.

当公布铜奖团队，屏幕上出现Rekindle时，所有人都不约而同从座位上跳起来击掌，激动地走向那金灿灿的奖杯。很开心可以与来自全国各地的大佬同台比拼，最后脱颖而出，最后小伙伴们都可以自豪地说到：满载而归，不虚此行！

I will never forget the moment when we saw our company name Rekindle appearing on the screen, all of us happily jumped from the seats, giving each other a high-five then walked towards the trophy. I am so delighted that we were able to stand out from a brunch of excellent students. At last, all my teammates can proudly say, “What a rewarding trip!”
