民以食为天,食以安为先。自创校以来,广州暨大港澳子弟学校与“食”俱进,听从学生、家长的意见,从食材采购、食物制作到食堂管理,一直在积极做改善,确保学生吃到营养、吃出健康。

Food is the paramount necessity of people, and food safety is the top priority. Since its founding, the Affiliated School of Jinan University for Hong Kong and Macao Students highly values the opinions and suggestions of students and parents and keeps improving food quality. ASJ cares about food ingredient procurement, food production, and canteen management to ensure students' food is nutritious and healthy.

制作食物的“重中之重”,便是对于食品原材料的把控,它直接影响到了孩子们食物的质量和安全,也受到了家长的广泛关注。对于供应商的选择,ASJ十分谨慎,严格执行规定的原料采购流程,选择实力雄厚、管理规范并有相关检验合格证明的食品供应商


The top priority of food production is the supervision of food raw materials, which has a direct impact on the quality and safety of children's food and has been widely concerned by parents. ASJ selects food suppliers with strong capacity, standardized management and relevant inspection certificates and strictly implements the specified raw material procurement process.

ASJ与广东高荣食品科技有限公司签订供货协议,该公司有着面向粤港澳大湾区健康产业服务体系,已与暨南大学、东莞伊顿外国语学校建立合作,是值得信赖的服务商。


ASJ has signed a supply agreement with Guangdong Gaorong Food Technology Co., Ltd., which has a sound service system in Greater Bay Area. Being a reliable food supplier, it keeps providing great service to Jinan University and Eton House Dongguan International School etc..

10月12日,ASJ的负责老师们专程来到高荣公司了解其具体的餐饮托管、净菜配送、统购调配到管理服务,确认其食品是严格按照国家标准采购,并反馈家长对于食材选择的意见和建议。高荣公司的一站式高品质的供货服务,充分保障食材安全、新鲜,与ASJ的品质需求相匹配。



On October 12th, the management team of ASJ visited Gaorong Co., Ltd to investigate more about its specific food and beverage hosting, clean vegetable distribution, centralised purchasing & deployment and management services. They confirm that Gaorong’s food is procured and produced in strict accordance with national standards. Gaorong's one-stop high-quality supply service fully ensures the safety and freshness of food materials, which matches the needs of ASJ.

ASJ食堂独立运作,制定了严格的食堂安全管理制度,为师生提供优质的膳食服务。


ASJ canteen operates independently and has formulated strict canteen safety management regulations to provide high-quality catering services for teachers and students.


从聘请的员工开始,ASJ便进行了精细的管控,只有拥有食堂工作经验,高素质且经过培训的员工才予以任用;


ASJ has carried out sound management and control from the recruitment of staff. Only those with canteen work experience, trained and qualified employees will be hired.



厨房是密闭且卫生的安全区域,每位员工都坚守职业操守,在开始工作前,必须接受晨检,并做好全身的防护,佩戴一次性头帽、口罩、手套和围裙并填写晨检表,保证食品安全


The kitchen is an enclosed and hygienic safe area where each employee is professionally committed to ensuring food safety by undergoing a morning check before starting work and by wearing full body protection, disposable hats, masks, gloves, aprons, and completing a morning checklist. 


而各类工作台面的清洁工作、食品的储存与加工等,也严格遵守卫生规定,避免对食材造成污染,做到细菌无处可藏


The cleaning of various worktops, storage and processing of food also strictly comply with hygiene regulations to avoid contamination of ingredients and be bacteria-free.



用餐安排温馨贴心

ASJ就餐食堂宽敞明亮,每到用餐时间,食堂内有着班主任、助教老师和生活老师全程陪伴的身影。在老师的帮助下,学生得以逐渐培养正确的就餐习惯,做到“食不言”,荤素均衡且吃饱饱;不浪费食物,而每次吃完饭后,将主动打扫自己就餐环境的卫生;准确放置餐盘的位置,为优雅简洁的就餐环境贡献一份力。

 

The ASJ dining hall is bright and spacious. The homeroom teachers, teaching assistants, and dormitory teachers accompany the students during mealtimes. Students can gradually develop proper eating habits, such as “eating without talking,” and eat a balanced diet of meat and vegetables with the help of the teachers. Students learn not to waste food and to clean up after each meal. At the same time, students will place their plates accurately and contribute to an elegant and simple dining environment.

ASJ学生来自五湖四海,每个人对于美食的需求都是不一样的,而自主运作的ASJ食堂,尽可能多地考虑到不同人的不同口味。

一周五天,ASJ供应早餐、课间餐、午餐、晚餐、宵夜共6餐,其中,午餐和晚餐供应两款主食、三款荤菜和两款素菜,中式西式的菜品交替出现,供学生自由选择;除此之外,ASJ还贴心地为有需要的同学提供素食服务,为师生保驾护航。


ASJ students come from all over the world, and everyone's needs for food are different. The ASJ cafeteria takes into account the different tastes of as many people as possible. ASJ serves six meals on working days: breakfast, recess, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and late-night snacks. Two main dishes, three meat dishes, and two vegetarian dishes are served for lunch and dinner. Chinese and Western dishes are alternated for students to choose freely. In addition, ASJ also thoughtfully provides vegetarian services for students in need.






学校聘请营养师,每周严格根据《学生餐营养指南》,为ASJ学子量身订造菜谱


The school employs nutritionists to create a weekly menu for ASJ students based strictly on the Student Meal Nutrition Guide.


 关于“食物多样、谷类为主;多吃蔬菜、水果和薯类;常吃奶类、豆类或其制品;常吃鱼、禽、蛋、瘦肉,少吃肥肉和荤油;食量与体力活动要平稳,保持适宜体重;清淡少盐的膳食”对学生营养配膳具有相当重要指导作用。如“清淡少盐的膳食”提示,同时根据广东气候湿热的特性,NDK学生营养配餐在进行营养配膳时特别避开辛辣、刺激性食物,少油、少盐、少糖没有放入任何的味精、添加剂重口味的调料。

l The guidelines on "varied food, cereal-based; more vegetables, fruits and potatoes; frequent consumption of milk, beans or their products; frequent consumption of fish, poultry, eggs and lean meat, less fatty meat and oil; stable food intake and physical activity to maintain an appropriate weight; and light and low-salt meals" are quite important for students' nutritional meal preparation. The "light and low-salt diet" is an important guideline for students' nutrition. As the "light and low-salt diet" suggests, and according to the hot and humid climate of Guangdong province, NDK student nutritional meal preparation especially avoids spicy and stimulating foods, less oil, less salt, and less sugar, and does not put any MSG, additives or heavy seasonings.



 营养餐菜单开设:各种食物互换,基本要求在膳食宝塔中关于“同类互换、调配开发更多丰富多彩的膳食”通过不断变换,以使学生既将获得均衡的营养,又使膳食更加丰富多彩以满足学生浓厚的食欲兴趣。

Nutritional meal menu: the basic requirement of interchanging various foods is to develop more colorful meals by exchanging the same kind of food and developing richer meals in the balanced diet pagoda. Students will get balanced nutrition and more colorful meals to satisfy their strong appetites.


 膳食要多样化,量要充足且平衡合理。根据季节及市场供应情况,做到主副食粗细搭配、荤素、干湿适宜,多供给乳类和豆制品,保证钙的供应充足。

The diet should be diversified, adequate in quantity, and balanced. According to the seasons and the market supply, the main and side dishes should be coarse and fine, meat and vegetables, dry and wet suitable. Supply more dairy and soy products to ensure an adequate supply of calcium.


 学生应经常食用南瓜、胡萝卜、红薯等富含维生素A的食物,提供新鲜水果等补充维生素C,另外薯类的维生素含量较丰富,尽可能多吃。

Students should regularly consume foods rich in vitamin A, such as pumpkin, carrots, and sweet potatoes. Provide fresh fruit, and other supplements such as vitamin C. Potatoes are rich in vitamins and should be eaten as often as possible.


 中小学生每周至少吃两次猪肝,并尽量多食用颜色深的蔬菜,以补充维生素

Elementary and middle school students should eat pork liver at least twice a week and try to consume more dark-colored vegetables for vitamin supplements.


 紫菜、海带、黄豆、豆腐及牛奶等食物要多摄入,提高学生钙和维生素D摄入水平。

Food such as nori, kelp, soybeans, tofu and milk should be consumed more often to increase students' calcium and vitamin D intake levels.


 城市学生应少吃或不吃油脂含量多的食物,以控制肥胖。

Students living in urban areas should eat less or no foods with high fat content to control obesity.


 少吃烘焙类食品,以减少反式脂肪酸的摄入。

Eat less baked goods to reduce the intake of trans fatty acids.




学校还根据学生的年级分批就餐,营造良好就餐氛围:

● 幼儿园同学11:40后在教室内就餐,食堂叔叔将提前为他们装好,

● 中午时分,小学同学用餐开始时间为11:40

● 中学同学为12:00

● 对于住宿生的晚餐供应,于17:10开始。


Students have lunch in batches according to the grade that they belong to create a good dining atmosphere.

The dining time of kindergarten students is 11:40. As the canteen staff will prepare food for them, they will dine inside the classroom.

The dining time of primary school students is 11:40 at the canteen, and 12:00 for middle school students.

Dinner for boarders is served at 17:10.

食堂的每一道菜都不是小菜,学生、家长的每一个建议,都是被学校牢记在心的建议。
