“Happy Home” 



编者按:中小学生正处在身心发展的重要时期,生理和心理上都经历着一系列的重大变化。这些变化相互联系、相互影响,因此,在中小学开展心理健康教育,是学生健康成长的需要,是推进素质教育的必然要求。ASJ配备完整和专业的心理咨询室和工具、优秀的心理师资,帮助学生找到学习与生活的平衡,体会学习的幸福感,回归内心的安宁。

Primary and middle school students are in an important period of physical and mental development and are experiencing a series of significant changes. These changes are interrelated and influence one another. Therefore, to carry out mental health education in PYP and MYP is the need of healthy growth of students and the requirement of promoting quality education. ASJ has psychology teachers and uses various methods and strategies to help students find the balance between study and life, let students experience happiness of learning and return to inner peace.



幸福家、快乐家建设


幸福家与快乐家作为心理健康大本营,分别藏在中学部的102与103,氛围温馨放松而略带神秘。学生可以在这里倾吐烦恼、放松身心、阅读心理书籍,学习如何提升自我幸福感。


As the mental health base camps, “Happy Home” is located in Room 102 while “Happy House” is located in Room 103 at MYP department. The atmosphere there is warm, relaxed and also slightly mysterious. Students can speak about their emotional problems, relax themselves, read psychological books and learn how to improve their self-happiness.



''心理普测''

Mental Test

每学期开学初,通过心理普测,了解学生的心理健康状况,帮助学校对学生的心理情况做一个整体性的了解,便于心理健康讲座、团体辅导等整体性心理健康工作的开展,并对有需要的学生做出尽早的干预和帮助。同时也能帮助学生更深入地了解自己,保持良好心态。

At the beginning of each semester, ASJ may have an overall understanding of the students' mental health status through a general mental health test. The test facilitates the development of overall mental health work such as mental health lectures and group counseling, and if needed, teachers will make early intervention to help students. At the same time, the test also helps students gain a deeper level of understanding about themselves and maintain a good attitude. 



''心理健康讲座''

Mental Health Lectures



阶段性地针对学生群体中普遍存在的成长困扰开展集体教育,提升学生的心理健康意识、提高自我调适水平,帮助学生更好地维护自身心理健康,提高幸福感水平。


Collective education should be carried out periodically in view of the common growing troubles among students so as to improve students' mental health awareness and self-adjustment level. The lectures also guide students how to take care of their own mental health and improve the happiness level.



''学生成长关怀计划''

Personal Development Caring

对在心理适应、心理发展、心理障碍等方面存在困扰的学生,ASJ会通过访谈、测评等方式,针对学生困扰的问题和程度进行评估;制定帮扶方案;对其成长进行跟踪记录,建立成长关怀档案,助力学生的健康成长。


For students who have trouble in psychological adaptation, psychological development and psychological disorders, ASJ will evaluate students' mental status through interviews, assessments and other methods. Then, ASJ will formulate assistance programs, track their development by recording, establishing development care archives to help students grow healthily. 



''个别辅导与团体辅导''

Personal Counseling or Group Counselin


学生可通过班主任预约或自行预约进行心理辅导。开放时间为周一至周四12:20-12:55及17:45-18:30,周五12:20-12:55。可以在个体辅导中,安心地与心理老师讨论情绪、人际关系、学习等存在困惑的话题;也可以与小伙伴们一起,在团体辅导中通过活动、讨论等方式丰富心理体验;还能运用沙盘、卡牌等方式抒发情绪,排解压力。

Students can make an appointment for psychological counseling through their homeroom teachers or by themselves. The opening hours are from Monday to Thursday 12:20-12:55 and 17:45-18:30, and Friday 12:20-12:55. Students may feel at ease with psychological teachers to discuss emotional problems, interpersonal relationships, learning and other confusing topics during the personal counseling session; moreover, students can join the group counseling session which enriches the psychological experience through activities and discussions with friends. Sand table that uses constrained sand for modelling or educational purposes, cards and other equipment are also available for students to express emotions and relieve pressure.




''家校沟通''

Home-School Communication



学生心理健康的发展,离不开家长、学校、社会的共同守护。在孩子成长过程中,家庭与学校需达成坚定的同盟,针对不同孩子在各个成长阶段可能出现的问题,我们希望能共同商讨,相互扶持,为孩子制定个性化的改进秘笈。


The development of students' mental health is inseparable from the mutual protection of parents, schools and society. Families and schools need to form a strong alliance to help students grow. We hope to discuss and support each other to develop personalized improvement tips for children at different stages of development.




''心理危机预警与干预''

Psychological Crisis Early Warning and Intervention



建立心理危机事件的预警机制,防范于未然。确保在学生出现心理危机时,能及时且适当地进行包括寻求校外资源在内的干预。同时能配合其他学生、教师、家长和学校的需要,为受影响的各类群体提供适当的介入和支援,协助他们度过危机。

The establishment of Psychological Crisis Early Warning Mechanism is effective for preventing the uncertainties from happening. The mechanism ensures timely and appropriate intervention including seeking the off-campus resources in the event of psychological crisis. At the same time, the mechanism meets the needs of students, teachers and the school and can provide appropriate intervention and support for the various groups who are affected by the crisis and help them overcome the difficulties.




学生心理健康的发展,离不开家庭、学校与社会的共同努力。幸福家与快乐家不止想带给孩子们短暂的幸福快乐,更希望启动孩子们自我欣赏、自我成长、自我疗愈的幸福内驱力,滋养出更幸福快乐的自己!

The development of students' mental health is inseparable from the joint efforts of family, school and society. Happy Home and Happy House not only bring students temporary happiness, but also play important roles in the growth of students. The mental health education of ASJ can motivate students to appreciate themselves, to grow themselves and to heal themselves. Students are encouraged to nourish happiness in life by themselves.
