PYP家长会｜携手共育，静候花开
酷暑渐消，秋风送凉，经过两个多月的学习之后，我们终于迎来了ASJ小学部的第一次进班家长会。孩子们激动不已，他们早就盼望着爸爸妈妈们能来看看他们学习的地方，看看他们的改变。相信家长们心中有激动，也有疑惑，而作为老师的我们何尝不是同样的心情。与我们并肩作战的家长们是怎样的一群人？我们能否彼此理解与支持……无数种情绪在心中交织。
The scorching heat faded away, and the autumn breeze sent cooler weather. After more than two months of study, we finally ushered in the first parent meeting of ASJ Primary School. The children were so excited, they had long been expecting parents to come and see where they studied and see their changes. I believe that parents are excited and doubtful, but we as teachers are not in the same mood. What kind of people are the parents who are fighting with us? Can we understand and support each other...Countless emotions are intertwined in our hearts.
家长会由三部分组成：校园生活、任课教师分享、学习建议和疑惑。
The parent meeting consists of three parts: campus life, teacher sharing, learning suggestions and doubts.
首先是我们辛勤工作的班主任老师们，她们是班级的会议组织者，是会议的主持人，是班级各科老师的连接者……她们身上肩负着更多的责任与担当。她们用心分享着每个孩子的学习、收获、成长与改变。从学习到生活，随处可见她们的身影。她们是见证了孩子们的成长，她们细心地挖掘每一个孩子身上的闪光点，并赋予每个人一个学习者荣誉称号。用爱点燃每一位孩子的学习热情。在这里首先要为她们道一声“感谢”！
The first is the hard-working class teachers. They are the class meeting organizers, the host of the meeting, and the link between the teachers of the various subjects of the class... They have more responsibilities and responsibilities on their shoulders. They share the learning, harvest, growth and change of each child with heart. From study to life, they can be seen everywhere. They have witnessed the growth of their children. They carefully dig out the shining points of each child and give each one an honorary title of learner. 为了让家长全面了解学生在学校的教学情况，UOI、语文、英语、数学纷纷登场。为了保证会议能够按时按量的为家长们呈现，各班级都搭配了一位助教老师随时时间提醒，楼道里随处可见的校长和主任，只要需要，他们就能上前帮忙。因为每一位老师的紧密合作，小学部的第一次进班家长会顺利收官。
In order to let parents fully understand the students' teaching situation in school, UOI, Chinese, English, and mathematics have appeared one after another. In order to ensure that the meeting can be presented to the parents on time and in quantity, each class is equipped with an assistant teacher to remind them at any time. The principals and directors everywhere in the corridor can come forward to help as long as they need it. Because of the close cooperation of each teacher, the parent meeting for the first time in the elementary school ended smoothly.
感谢各位家长的光临！教育是一个漫长的过程，它似一碗莲子羹，采摘、晾晒、浸泡、炖煮，一步一环相扣相接。只有深耕细作、精挑细选、文火慢工方能成就一碗软糯香甜的莲子羹。同样，只有沉着理性、细水流长才能成就一群善良有爱、聪慧乐学的孩子。即使此刻您还怀着多多少少的不安，也请冷静下来，给孩子，也给自己多一些思考。想要培养出一名有着坚定目标、良好的思维品质以及持续行动力的孩子，并非一蹴而就，而是需要我们长期的培养。因此请慢慢放下您的焦虑，换以不疾不徐的陪伴与呵护。在陪伴和成就孩子的同时，也不断成就自己的温暖、理解与智慧。
Thank you parents for coming! Education is a long process. It is like a bowl of lotus seed soup. Picking, drying, soaking, and stewing are linked step by step. In the same way, only calmness and rationality and long history can make a group of children who are kind, loving, intelligent and eager to learn. Even if you are still feeling more or less uneasy at this moment, please calm down, give your children, and give yourself more thought. To cultivate a child with firm goals, good thinking qualities and continuous action is not achieved overnight, but requires our long-term training. So please slowly let go of your anxiety and replace it with unhurried companionship and care. While accompanying and accomplishing children, they also continue to accomplish their own warmth, understanding and wisdom.
