澳大利亚数学思维挑战赛(Australian Mathematics Competition,简称AMC) 是一项全球超大规模的校际数学思维挑战赛, 广州暨大港澳子弟学校学子踊跃报名参与,共有96名学子参与本次数学竞赛,获奖85人,获奖率88.54%,远高于官方给出的60% 的平均获奖率。其中,二等奖2人,三等奖18人,数学技能奖65人。

The Australian Mathematics Competition (AMC) is one of the largest inter-school mathematical thinking challenge activities in the world with a long history, and the students of the Affiliated School of Jinan University for Hong Kong and Macao Students actively signed up to participate. A total of 96 ASJ students participated in AMC, and 85 won awards, with an award rate of 88.54% which is much higher than the official average award rate of 60%. Among them, 2 students won Distinction, 18 won Credit and 65 won the Proficiency. 




AMT 每年通过澳大利亚数学思维挑战AMC 为澳大利亚选拔国际数学奥林匹克国家代表队,旨在丰富各个阶段学生的数学教育,提供更前沿的数学思想、理论动态和教育资源。AMC 目前是国际权威的金牌校际数学思维挑战,新颖的题型和多语言试题让全球的数学爱好者们得以在数学领域深刻切磋,共同学习,并深刻认识数学在生活中的重要性。

Australian Mathematics Competition (AMC) The Australian Mathematics Competition (AMC) was introduced in Australia in 1978 as the first Australia-wide mathematics competition for students. It has become the largest single event on the Australian education calendar, allowing students to attempt the same tasks on the same day in 32 countries around the globe. The Australian Mathematics Trust (AMT) is a national not-for-profit organization whose purpose is to enrich the teaching and learning of mathematics for students of all standards. AMT hold mathematics and informatics competitions, administer enrichment activities, conduct workshops for students and teachers, and publish books on mathematical enrichment for Australian and international students. The AMT selects and supports Australia’s international mathematics and informatics.

数学对我而言是有趣的,每次解答出一道数学题我都有很强烈的成就感。对比以往的比赛,AMC的题目更有难度,更有趣,激发了我想要进步的渴望。这次能获得含金量高的奖项,是出乎意料的,我很感谢我的家人和ASJ老师,获奖离不开他们的支持。

To me, Mathematics is quite interesting. Every time I solve a math problem, I have a strong sense of achievement. Compared with previous competitions, AMC's topics are difficult but interesting, which stimulates my desire to improve myself. Actually, it was unexpected that I could win this award with high recognition. I am very grateful to my family and ASJ teachers. Wining this award is inseparable from their support.

我对数学的爱好是一如既往的,在以前也参加了很多数学思维竞赛。我很享受解答出每一道数学题的过程。也想要从事和数学有关的工作,比如会计。这次比赛的结果让我很开心,我意识到,付出是有回报的。我一定会继续努力,不断锻炼自己,参加更多的比赛,探索数学的奥妙。

My love for mathematics is as always. I have participated in many Mathematical competitions in the past, and I enjoyed the process of figuring out every math question. I wish to engage in math related work in the future, such as accounting. I felt released when I knew the result as the old saying goes ‘No pain, no gain’. I will keep on working hard and exercise myself. I wish in the future there are more competitions that I can participate in and explore the mysteries of mathematics.






ASJ学子能够在本次数学挑战赛中,取得如此佳绩,和ASJ启发探索式、积极和谐的教学氛围息息相关,同时也离不开同学们的刻苦练习、活跃思考的努力,以及教师们求新求变的悉心教导。



在备赛的过程中,所有同学积极锻炼数学思维素养,探索包括但不限于数字运算、逻辑推理、数学建模、联想想象、数据分析等方面的习题。通过这次比赛,学生们的数学学科思维都获得了不同程度的提升和拓展。


竞赛将不断激发孩子们的学习兴趣和热情,让我们共同期待更多ASJ学子在各类学科竞赛中崭露头角。

The success of ASJ students in this competition is closely related to the exploratory, positive, inspiring and harmonious teaching atmosphere by ASJ. At the same time, it is also inseparable from the students' hard work and the teachers' careful and innovative teaching.

During the preparation session, all students actively practiced their mathematical thinking literacy and finished different exercises such as Math Operation, Logic Inferences, Mathematical Modeling, Association or Imagination of Ideas, Data Analysis and so on. Through this competition, students' mathematical thinking has been tempered and expanded in various degrees.

Competitions will stimulate students' interests and enthusiasm in learning. Looking forward to more ASJ students taking part in various competitions.
