ASJ在开始网课的第一天,就开展了心理健康讲座,引导孩子们有序生活、学会放松。




有序生活

Live an orderly life


1.在固定的地方学习,保持桌面干净卫生,只放与学习有关的物品,维护我们的专注感。


2.学习时“一本正经”:穿校服或穿外出时的衣服,记得洗脸梳头,保持课堂仪式感!


3.生活有规律、有计划,松弛有度,有控制地使用电子产品,让自己的生物钟有节奏感。


4.用日记本、手账本等每天记录自己完成的学习任务,满满成就感!

作为家长,有什么是我们需要注意的呢?


疫情之下,孩子出现焦虑、不安、沮丧、易怒等情绪,都是正常的反应。孩子情绪激动的时候,我们要先稳定自身的情绪,引导孩子表达情绪。


例如,对于低年级的孩子,我们可以鼓励他们用彩笔、线条,把内心的情绪画出来。孩子可能会把纸涂得乱七八糟,这都没关系。情绪在纸上表达出来了,孩子的心里就干净亮堂了。


对于大一些的孩子,我们可以给孩子一个坚定温暖的拥抱,或者牵着孩子的手,看着孩子的眼睛,呼唤着孩子的小名,鼓励孩子把内心的情绪说出来。对于一些不善言辞的孩子,我们甚至需要帮助孩子把话说出来。可以是我们先猜测孩子的感受,然后向孩子求证。

高年级的孩子可能会抗拒和父母的身体接触,也不太愿意表达自己的想法。此时,我们就需要给孩子一些空间,让孩子自己去消化和接纳情绪。我们可以告诉孩子:“如果你想要自己消化,我们尊重你;如果你想和我们聊聊,我们会一直都在。”然后就允许孩子在自己的世界里用自己的方式处理自己遇到的困境。

1. Study in a fixed place; keep the desk clean and only put items related to study on the desk to help focus.

2. Be serious when studying: wear school uniforms or formal clothes, wash your face and comb your hair to have a sense of ritual.

3. Live an organized life and use electronic products in a controlled way to keep your biological clock in rhythm.

4. Use diary, handbook, etc. to record your finished learning tasks every day to gain a sense of accomplishment.

1. Filter information and keep a balance between study and rest. 

2. Accept the status quo and accept yourself. 

3. Contact friends and talk to them. 

4. Do moderate exercise and look afar on the balcony.

5. Keep a record of happiness and look things at the positive side.

As parents, what should we pay attention to?

During the epidemic period, it is normal for children to experience emotions such as anxiety, upset, depression, and irritability. When children are emotional, we must first stabilize our own emotions and guide them to express their emotions.


For example, for children in low grades, we can encourage them to use colored pens and lines to draw out inner emotions. children might mess up the paper but that's okay—The bad emotions are expressed on the paper so they regain happiness now. 


For older children, we can give them a firm and warm hug, or hold their hands, look into their eyes, call their nicknames, and encourage them to express inner emotions. For some children who are not good at words, we even need to help children to speak out—we can first guess the child's feelings, and then ask the child for confirmation.

For children in high grades, they may resist physical contact with their parents and be less willing to express themselves. In this case, we need to give children some space to allow them to digest and accept their emotions. We can tell the child: "If you want to digest it, we respect your way; if you want to talk to us, we will always be there." Then allow the child to deal with what he encounters in his own world.
