Utahloy International School Zengcheng is a K-12 international day and boarding school since 2003, offering and committing to the International Baccalaureate (IB) program at all levels (PYP, MYP and DP). We are pleased to announce that, from the academic year 2022-2023, in addition to the full three-programme IB (PYP, MYP, and DP), the school endeavours to offer an additional pre-university alternative to our year 11 and 12 students by offering the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE).
The Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (DSE) is a pre-university, recognized programme for students who prefer a curriculum delivery mostly given in Chinese. While it is destined to students planning to stay in Hong Kong for university, many overseas universities are now accepting this diploma for entrance.
The IB curriculum aims to stimulate curiosity, encourage creativity and promote students’ intellectual dexterity and preparing students for the 21st century and closely remains at the centre of our school’s mission and vision. It is, and will remain at the core of the school’s vision, EXPLORE. ADAPT. IMPACT.
