Creativity is definitely the primary goal of STEM education. By indulging in traditional learning methods that only require devotion theory, students are confined to pre-order knowledge, making it impossible to imagine the outside world. This is not the case with modern education systems, as students need every prop to achieve their future goals. It forces students to think beyond book knowledge and encourages them to implement whatever innovative ideas come into their brains.

With this skill, students will begin to accept mistakes as a normal part of the learning process, which can help them grow into intellectuals in whatever field they choose.

By implementing a STEM approach, students will not only begin to think about what is mentioned in the book but will also gain in-depth knowledge and begin experimenting in new ways.

Teamwork is the number one requirement for any organization. Lack of interactive skills reduces productivity and increases time consumption per task. On the other hand, STEM Activities include teamwork as one of the critical requirements for students. Through designated activities and group discussions, students can develop their interactive skills so that together they can play the best role as a team.

团队合作在任何组织中都是必不可少的重要要求。如若一个团队缺少互动技能，那其生产力也会大幅降低，且每项任务的时间消耗也会增加。而STEM教学将团队合作视为对学生的关键要求之一，通过指定的活动和小组讨论，学生可以在团队互动中提高合作技能，将团队的效益最大化。
